We have about 50 people in our area at work and do 1 of your Beginner Tai Chi vids every Friday(albeit virtual). We are super excited to do this new one with you tomorrow!! For us, we like the scenery, music, slow moves, and your descriptive words as you tell us how to move... you relax our minds as well as our bodies. Thank you for sharing your love of this wonderful art.
Are you on my mailing list? Your pas would love my yearly Tai Chi challenge. I don’t write too many emails I should write more bit I don’t like to bombard my clients. .
Think I'll be starting my day with circular movements like these for a while. Seems like the best option before static stretching or the body-weight movements found in yoga.
Thank you! Funny how a relaxation practice can get rigid with wanting exactly 5 mins. Not like an extra min or two is that difficult to accommodate in our schedules.

Thank you Leia for your amazing attitude and for the power of your generous sharing and i gotta say 1.your Chanel, even only as far as i have come to grasping module 3, has helped me tremendously to feel connected to being a body and with coping; living in stressful and shallow city. Do you happen to know any practitioners in norway who would want to have park seminars? :) 2. I would like to get acess to all your resources when i can afford it- did i remember wrong or did you have an offer available to get more content by paying/donating? Much good energy back, me
Is tai chi suitable for someone with chronic pain? I have hypermobility EDS and suffer chronic pain with it. Also im on a weightloss journey too is tai chi suitable for someone like me with my health and does it help with weightloss?
@@kimberleylingsvlogs when you practice every day Tai Chi is magic. It can help most ailments but it’s the regularity that creates the magic and it takes time. Do it for the enjoyment and not for the results and one day you will wake up and realise how much better you feel.
@Taiflow sadly my condition is for life as its genetics but will be worth it doing tai chi so I can wake up and not suffer pain anymore. I'm definitely going to sub to your channel and practise tai chi everyday
