Subaru 2015, 2016, 2017 WRX Boost Leak Bad turbo rattle buzzing noise

Listen carefully at 3-4 second, 7-8 seconds and 10-13 , 15-16, 19-20 seconds...
When on 3rd and 4th gears with high RMPS, almost wide open throttle pushes, Turbo or something else makes that buzzing, whining, whizzing noises... (whatever you call that weird noise)
Not sure if that noise is from Turbo. Could be from intake, wastegate etc.
Anybody have the same problem? Anybody fixed and was able to find the issue? Is this normal?
2017 WRX.
