The combination of the two food cultures is actually quite easy Italians have a Latin culture if you go to Dominican Republic you will see a lot of Italians there and they blend in with very well with the Dominican culture because they have a similar background I've been to that country many times and the Dominicans there even say the Italians come over and they assimilate very easily into Dominican culture and life so it makes sense about this food

"Dominican and Italian under one roof" that sounds like a delicious fusion for food. "do not watch on an empty stomach" I agree JL the places you go look the food looks amazing, but hey even on a full stomach, your stomach can feel empty again looking at this type of food if you know what I mean. That's a different sandwich there.

J.L. , I've had this place on my 'must see' places since you reviewed it 4 months ago. Today I will be in N.J. & I will finally stop by there. Your reviews are fabulously well presented. Keep them coming. Sad Update: I went there about 4 PM on the day I posted my comment and they were on a 1 hour break. I couldn't wait so I left there hungry and pissed off....

We went today and OMG! JL please try the chicken parm🔥🔥 Wasn’t A fan of the steak the sauce was sweet and very grassy! My husband liked it but said the parm was much better💯
