This is a huge life saver. I'm making 18 of these, one for each of my children & their partners and my grandchildren to display on top of the piano through Halloween and Thanksgiving. I hadnt even thought about using the knitting machine. I've also offered to make them for the classes for my three grandchildren that are in school.

Yes, I think all addi machines have counters. I have 2 of the 22 pin ones and they both have counters. You just can't see it because I am using my Tension Fork. The counter is right below it.
