tips for anyone making this: let them cool down completely before cutting into them as delicious as fresh, hot bread is, the steam continues cooking the inside for a few minutes after they’re taken out, and ensure a fluffy honeycomb structure inside. if you cut too early, the steam gets released and you end up with gummy bread better to just toast itll the cooled bread than try and eat it still hot :))

Hey Latania! Thank you so much for your support. It's truly appreciated. I was just working on the cookbook about a minute ago. Took a break to reply comments. It's coming soon. It won't hold together long enough for you to shred it using a grater. You can use a food processor, then squeeze out the water afterwards. You don't have to feed it down the blender's/food processor's chute. Just dump it and chop. Add some portobello for that meaty umami taste.

😂😆 Taste buds exploded? I've never heard that one. You're too funny An. Yep, burger cravings are hard to shake off. Thanks to the constant reminders from ads, bill boards, restaurants, and aromas from every neighbor's grill in the summer lol. Been experimenting and I froze some for a week. They came out really fresh. Just throw them on the grill or in the oven until they're heated all the way through. After cooking is ideal. Pro tip: these patties taste even better when you reheat them the next day.

My batter is not as thick as yours 🤔 what is the ratio of mushrooms to flour

😂😆 Taste buds exploded? I've never heard that one. You're too funny An. Yep, burger cravings are hard to shake off. Thanks to the constant reminders from ads, bill boards, restaurants, and aromas from every neighbor's grill in the summer lol. Been experimenting and I froze some for a week. They came out really fresh. Just throw them on the grill or in the oven until they're heated all the way through. After cooking is ideal.
Pro tip: these patties taste even better when you reheat them the next day.

Thank you so much. Been making recipes for years, so yes, a lot of people have made and enjoyed my recipes. Also, if you follow me on Instagram, I sometimes highlight the IG stories of people who've made my recipes. There's a section dedicated to doing just that on my page. As for taking a bite, I rarely eat/taste my food on camera. It's just not my style for now. Maybe sometime in the future.
