One of the key benefits to hex dumbbells is they are the best for movements like renegade row. No one ever mentions that.

Prefer hex dumbbells. My college gym uses round dumbbells and they are always rolling around and I am getting frustrated by it

How does the knurl on the cerakote/gold loadable dumbbell compare to the knurl on the black zinc/bright zinc version?
Very similar in feel! difference mainly is in the aesthetics as well as the longevity! 😁
