I bought the solderless connectors on Amazon that just melt to a heat gun and seal. Also found white one inch heat shrink and used pieces of that to make everything white around the connections
It was tricky. Had to pick different whites from the color wheel and once I found the one I wanted I could save it in the app settings. Making it easier to grab it from a saved tab
Go to the link, then outdoor lights, and find the 32 foot RGBICWW outdoor strip light. Its on sale for $59.99 currently govee.sjv.io/c/1330951/970740/12845
Nice job. I would like to see the pvc frame you built for the curtain lights.
I used some one inch PVC with tees and 90's and then ziptied the curtain all the way around. I will show it in my next video
Thanks for the review and tips
Awesome setup. I love how the lights all sync. Which are the outdoor lights you purchased for the garage door? What’s the model #?

@@tommyboydiy1484 thank you.
Great Job
So Cool!
I added the connectors, wire, and heat shrink in the description for splicing
1. Did you use posi-lock connectors for the solderless links?
2. What size of heat shrink did you use?

Did you use your own cable for the gaps and not the govee extenders? I seen you listed a 50ft reel.
Also is this the regular govee or the pro?
Yes, I cut pieces and used solderless connectors
Also the lights around the garage doors.

@@tommyboydiy1484 thanks - how did you attach them to your garage ?
It has 3M tape all along the back and power cord at one of the bottom ends so I just ran the power into the garage under the door
can you do multiple scenes one after another? or do you need to change it on phone each time?
You would need to change it manually unless you scheduled the scenes to change like every hour or whatever time you wanted
