Well ... may be because of the very processed ingredients in this particular recipe?! Instant coffee ... milk powder ... I would use *REAL* brewed coffee (espresso actually) and *REAL* cream (half-n-half for this American.) Other than this, I love her and all of her other recipes. :)

This recipe is perfect! In summertime, I have iced coffee, this is heaven. Even I use this ratio green tea latte and chocolate milk. Sometimes I replace powdered cream and water to whole milk. Only 1 tablespoon of sugar is sweet enough and delicious. Thank you Maangchi. What I need is just tablespoon. 😆 So easy!
