Forgot to mention, I size, not the people size, not the eye in your eye eye, and mean the frame eyes size

I'm wondering if high prescription lens are heavy, then is it still sensible to get something light like Lindberg?

The bigger the prescription, the bigger the lens. So, the bigger the frame, the bigger the lens.

Your prescription isn't very high and you have the luxury of wearing bigger frames. I would go for high index 1.74 and if they don't have that, go for 1.67.

Do u think -9.50 and -8.50 that’s my prescription…ray ban rx5154 Clubmaster with 1.74 lenses would look large?

That would depend on the frame opening size. Frame usual have 3 numbers indication size: temple length; bridge width (across the nose); and, (lens) frame size.
In your prescription try to stick with a (lens) frame size of 52mm or under.
Also, have you consulted with your optometrist about vertex distance, the distance your eyeglasses "fit" (but usually better defined as wear) from your eyes. As little as 2mm difference is near one half diopter change for your correction. You could be going around undercorrected.
