My eyes got implanted with J&J Tecnis Eyehance IOL for cataract. I understand this IOL protects against UV and Blue light. In that case do we need UV, blue filtering and photochromic lens for spectacle or plain spectacle will do as already UV & Blue light filtering has been taken care of by IOL?
