    A new, short routine to practice your balance. You can always have a chair (or wall) nearby. If you have time for more, I would highly recommend to combine this with a glutes & outer thigh or core workout (before the standing balance practice).     On Wednesday we do a ballet class, so your was a nice follow on with all the balance and being up on our toes. Me and Jan love doing.your classes.

    I thoroughly enjoyed lifting off the ground; balancing is very much like a form of meditation - it takes your mind off everything else and lets you feel so light! :) Thank you so much, Katja! If possible, please create more balancing practices, cause this one was a real treat!

    Hi, Katja, I've just tried this practice for the first time and had no problems at all. :)
    I think it's because I wear barefoot shoes, also on my everyday walks and hikes, which really strengthens my calves, feet and toes. I recommend it!

    I need this and I'm sure I'm not the only one. Having good balance gives me confidence to push myself in a good way during practice. And I like the "lesson" in the beginning re: balance throughout the quadrants of the body. Good work as always.

    I always dread balancing practices because I'm TERRIBLE at it. In my 20s, I twisted both of my ankles, so I struggle at rebuilding strength in them. I wobble and hop around the mat if I overthink it.
    Long story short, I'm going to incorporate your balancing practices in my weekly workouts. My ankles actually feel strengthened after this, and your instructions are so helpful. Thank you!
