Great. How about some suggestions as to what two or three go together. This program is doing great things for this 74 year old body. I have a daily habit of opening my iPad and finding the right workout to start my day❤😊
The difficult part of exercise is using your own body, aarrggh!
One of the reasons squeezing is a challenge, but any movement is good movement when one hardly moves, 🤭 at my age. Great for gout/arthritis.
Age is only a number 😉
