I hope bosses out there recognize how much gestures like that matter to the employees. It doesn’t have to be big like this, maybe just a cup of coffee or paying part of a speeding ticket. Those things can really put the wind back in a guy’s sail.

How easy is to tune a Mathews bow? Is that a joke? Haha
Needing a press is a pain in the butt. But they truly do tune very well usually without moving top hats.
Not exactly difficult. Best thing, once its tuned, it stays put. I dont trust these systems with locking screws, drive gears, set technology etc… we all know that over time screws loosen on bows. Maybe I am just old fashioned, but the more screws and adjustment a bow has, the more they move, loosen, break, get stripped out etc. So yep, I like fixed mods and top hats… all I have to keep an eye on are cables stretching over time.

Buy shims so you can tune bow..
Now 600 dolars stabs..
