For the full marathon you have to go onto the webpage of Garmin Connect. It’s not a “coach option” but it is a proper training plan that will sync workouts to your watch on training days
Yea some instructions on how you’re supposed to do the workout on the actual watch would be great- I’ve messed this up twice now and am ready to give up- first time I didn’t realize you need to watch the distance and press the lap button yourself, then second time I tried the workout, when I hit the lap button to go to what I thought was a rest interval, it was yelling at me to sprint. Ultimately deleted the plan and gave up. Now I’m researching to try to see how to get it to work and coming up blank. 😮💨
My 7xPro says im not recovering. Like ever. I mean, NEVER. No rest, and terrible sleep. Literally a 1 on the Training Readiness scale. A 1!! Two days in a row. So what did i do? Go out, a kick-as. Two fantastic days in a row. I take Garmins recommendations with a grain of salt. Literally, Before every run. (Actually low sodium/high potassium salt 😅) Relying to much on this thing is an addiction and should be only used as a general guideline.
Wait there are Marathon Options?
Why my app does not have the marathon program?
I think it's set as a goal, and then DSW are tailored for it, not the same as a Garmin coach plan (I think, not 100% sure)
My garmin app only has cycling and no running can y’all help me because I really want a running training plan
Thankyiu
Take sunglasses off
🌎👍❤
I tried to set it up and the calendar won’t let me schedule/find an event which is 3 weeks away?
did you manage it?
@@gastaoamorim1036 nope / used the Runna App instead 😉
Is possible to set marathon, with option: "Finish with a time goal"?
Does the adaptive training work for strength coach as well or no?
It doesn't give you full marathon option. Stops at half marathon

I've had the forerunner 265s for 3 months. I need a class to figure it out.
