Hold up! I know this video is 6 month old and I am probably typing this for no one but the Garmin Running Dynamics pod is NOT a foot pod and it is certainly NOT worn on your shoe. Garmin used to sell a foot pod but it has been discontinued. If you want Running Dynamics data you can get it when you paid the HRM Pro Plus (from your video).

Thanks for the video, sums up pretty much everything you need to know about Garmin on treadmills, however there is a little confusion, that is not a foot pod, is a running dynamics pod, and is supposed to be worn in the lower back, the clip goes in the waistband of your shorts.

I wanted to try something else for a comparison and ordered an NPE Runn sensor a few days ago. Get a few hours of outdoor runs with the HRM strap and it will improve calibration. That is the Tox watch face is anyone wanted to know ha. Tox and Teko are pretty nice.

Love the design and look to it. but also have the ultra :)

Just adjust the distance in the post run option every run takes 10 seconds then you run log data will be accurate

    1. edit in garmin connect
