For a 280 foot trimaran with this mix of modern minimalist design and technology, I'd be surprised if it went for less than $150M. How do they plan on taking care of that tree in the back? That thing will get torn to shreds in a proper storm.
You might be right about the price idk but that tree can be dealt with. I would put some kind of tropical tree there, maybe one on each side of the pool...
