- Concept yachts are reservoirs of new ideas that may be surprising for some but, they always present innovative ideas, as well as attractive avenues for exploration. Our new concept yacht Seaffinity is a demonstration that VPLP Design’s passion for boats is there for all to see. It will certainly be a source of innovation for our future designs.

belin if I win the lottery in Italy, I would have a catamaran designed by you, you are the best
Impressive concept n project. Congrats to the team!
This wonderful video encourages me to know that a studio with real people designed this yacht. If you just fast-track to show a final product, it might as well be some AI concept generated by a wannabe playing around; that would be useless indeed. Here's an actual team ready to work with clients and builders to realize this yacht.
Finally ! it is first (ok maybe second, yes) what makes me feel better about design of future! Thank you! Amazing project! 🔥🔥🔥
Wonderful concept 💚 You've burst my bubble. I have been thinking about this only to see you are a million miles ahead. 💖
many nice ideas - i like the sail design - reminds me of something i dreamed about many years ago. also the various 'holes' for letting in natural light feels in line with a FLW style of thinking in harmony with nature
Beautiful. Next step. The top needs to be integrated with solar everywhere.
A fair drawing of this top studio. However, the stern stairs look like they were in the past, wasting space. Try an electric lift. The vessel will have to capture and recycle rainwater, with the immense cover it has... the anchor door, the bow deck cover and the glazing design of the cockpit, has an accentuated aerodynamic design, unnecessary for a vessel that will not perform speed, they could go back to nautical, simple and efficient... there is a draft of yours like this, check there. 🤩
Lovely another great design team
Okay, when will it be built and what is the estimate cost? Looks amazing and worthy of Sailing La Vagabonde...
Alright, the Seaffinity looks promising. I'm not a big fan of trimarans, or sails, but this may work if you have a capable crew.
Fantastic! I hope you find someone to build it. It looks like it should be able to be scaled down. How about a 50' version?
The first yacht with this rig type was a 50’ tri.
@@markthomasson5077 do you know the name of the boat? Builder? Would love to find more info.
Walker wing sail
❤️
We are a yacht manufacturing factory in China. We need a design like this to produce one for our customers in Dubai. Can you design it?
Excellent now make it submersible.
Wow❤
🙂👍
Nice, but you focus too much on the boat and too little on how the sails work. You should show more details about the sails operational characteristics.
Don't recall the name but I think that rig is an already existing design. It's not unique to this concept.
IDK. Where is the hydrogen coming from? It's much more energy efficient to instead use direct electric drive. Why do you think Tesla went with EVs instead of hydrogen?... Also: Not a single Solar Panel... And does it have one or two Hydro Generators? I would much rather go on a scaled up version of the Dragonfly 40 or the Bañuls 53 tri. And 45 meters does seem a bit excessive to me. That's a lot of raw materials and energy needed...
No deck plans or layouts? WTF???
Looks nice but reality differ. Many things this boat totally miss if not everything from power fuel to lack of open deck space. What fuel will operate such big boat??? Range, speed, sailing from safety to performance.. its a luxury boat for someone ready to burn his money
Show - don't tell. skip to 4:30 to actually see the thing. The whole vid could have been 30seconds. This whole thing is very self-congratulatory. Woop - you drew a boat. Now make and sell them at scale.
Doubt will happen, when disgner talk allot it mean generally one thing; they like their own idea but not affordable... waiting for someone to finance them to test their idea rather than make it reality.
Beautiful and meaningful things created painstakingly by talented and passionate people should not be swept away and written off as nothing. By sharing a portion of their journey, this design team has blessed us with sights and insights about their studio's work and work ethic we never would have otherwise enjoyed. Even if a client doesn't come to fund the building of this yacht, they have enriched and inspired us.
