    Thank you for this video. I did not understand the maneuver you did at around the 10:00 mark. Why are you doing this and how are you doing it? Thanks.

      Anita, here we start to increase the number of loops in the rows.
      Lengthen the rows from the middle in each direction.
      The number of loops on the needles does not change.
      When we move on to knitting the second part of the heel our row that we knit consists of loops in the middle.
      And we begin to knit extra long adding to the ranks of the middle loops one loop in each row
      At the beginning of the row we make a double loop turning the loop.
      At the end of the row we knit a double loop (which was made in the previous row) and another next loop. On the front side this is easy to do.
      And on the wrong side at the end of the row, you need to knit this double loop with a purl loop, but the needle will need to be inserted from the front side from below, simultaneously in two loops, pick up the thread and knit the purl loop.
      And then knit 1 more purl loop on the wrong side in this row.
      We knit in this way until we run out of loops located to the right and left of the middle on this needle.
