They´re all pretty much the same price for me, I want the one with the fastest response time and lowest input delay, no ghosting etc. because I play lots of competetive shooters. so which one should I choose? Would really appreciate some help here, I´m really lost ..
I bought a 32 inch 4k / 144hz / HDR / IPS monitor for $319 on Amazon, and it turned out great! I was skeptical because I had never heard of the brand (CRUA), but it's been nearly impossible for me to find a 32 inch 4k monitor above 60 Hz for less than $400 (and the ones I do find are TN panels). So I took a chance when I saw this pop up, and I'm loving it!
I went to Best Buy the other day to see some of these monitors in person. Eventually, I came across a 4k, 32 inch 240 Hz model which convinced me that whenever I finally decide to build a gaming PC over the next couple of years, that I'll need to pair it with a 240 Hz monitor. However, I think a 32 inch monitor is just a bit too large for me. I don't there are any 27 inch, 4k, 240 Hz models on the market right now. But that would be ideal.
I really hope we can start getting 1440p 25” monitors in the future. Currently on 25” 1080p 360hz and not wanting to upgrade because I much prefer 25” for gaming compared to 27”.
I was hesitant to buy the Asus XG27ADMG because a lot of people on forums mentioned image retention or dead pixel issues, sometimes happening just days after purchase. I ended up going with the Gigabyte FO27Q3 instead, and so far, it’s been alright.

Do you think the Samsung G8 QD-OLED Ultrawide is a better buy if I was able to purchase it for $549 USD? That's what the sale price I bought it for 2 days ago on Samsung website.
That's $150 less than what the stores offer. I would keep it if you don't mind having to power it up manually and it doesn't power on your Samsung TV like mine did. Otherwise, go with theAW3423DWF instead. It's $649 now at Best Buy.
Could you add a section or recommendations for best secondary monitors? as I'm currently looking for monitors that aren't too high priced but still at least above 120hz. Just to have as a 2nd or even 3rd screen for productivity.
Hi, thanks for the video. Any considerations on large display 42" 4K OLED (was considering either KTC or Philips, but not sure)? Do you know if 2025 will have more options in large displays and fast response time? Thanks.
The only non miniled monitor i'd recommend is Samsung Odyssey g6 s32bg65. Good contrast no visible VA black smearing, it almost feels like an IPS monitor but without the glow. It also has its own operating system.
Nothing beats the LG 48" evo....at three feet away, it's a difference between gaming on a 1990 27" Zenith vs gaming on an Imax screen. The object details look better and you could can see further. Also, BFI is butter smooth at 60hrz or 120hrz.
I hate how behind the LCD panels look in comparison to OLEDS but it does fit my use case or work by day, game by night and general browsing/static content
Hey, can you also make a video about using big 42" TVs like the LG C2/C3/C4 as a desktop monitor? Essentially it's multiple monitors in one when you run games in 1440p window mode. Can you explore that?
I know you test monitors but could you do a review of the stands that many of us use, are there differences, quality, any brand you know of, some of them can be very pricey, thank you.
what do you think about the ASUS TUF Gaming 27” 1440P Gaming Monitor (VG27AQML1A), if you want for multiplayer gaming? is that a better option then the MSI G274QPX and LG 27GR83Q if the budget is 300$?
I went for the Dell 2725D instead of the 2724D as a 1440p IPS 2nd monitor. The 25D is newer, has 180hz instead of 165 of the 24D, is 4ms slower in gtg-response time but 50€ cheaper than the 24D. I couldnt find any proper reviews of the Dell 2725D but those seem to be the differences. Aside from that they seem to be the same.
I work on my monitor 8-10 hours a day so can't have an OLED. I'm really wanting to get a 4K monitor or an ultrawide that uses proper HDR and a high refresh rate but I'm not sure a decent one exists. Would love to get your thoughts if there is anything about like this. Can nearly keep up with an OLED but no burn in chance!
Almost every 32" 4K OLED monitor for 2024 are insanely awesome and feature rich, with very small differences picture quality wise. Features are the better ways to differentiate, and that's a boon for consumers! You were instrumental in helping me select my monitor a month ago, and though it is not one you reviewed, it was a better choice over my other consideration, Dell Alienware AW3225QF. I chose the Samsung Odyssey G80SD as I love the inbuilt streaming, Bluetooth 5.3 peripheral and audio, USB Audio, integrated Philips Hue Sync TV App, advanced anti-glare coating (looks unreal, can't believe it's this good!), and remote control capabilities. It's an amazing monitor for my needs and especially for my highly reflective room, but I'm just happy to see so much good choice on the market catering for so many people!
@DrakonR eh? I am currently watching this through an Asus XG27AQDMG. Great screen. But I'm impatiently waiting for an MSI MAG 321UP coming in tomorrow.
Not behind at all. Adjust colors accordingly and it can look nearly identical.
@DrakonR I mean look in term of specs including motion clarity and refresh rate not look in terms of looking at the screen, sorry 🤣
@@KohrakGKOH still nearly identical...
So whats the difference between the MSI MPG 271QRX and the Asus XG27AQDMG? cause obv the MSI has more HZ, I was thinking about getting the MSI
In the UK the AOC CQ32G4VE is available for 178.97 GBP.
Hey, can you also make a video about using big 42" TVs like the LG C2/C3/C4 as a desktop monitor?
Essentially it's multiple monitors in one when you run games in 1440p window mode. Can you explore that?
Ill stick with my LG 34GN850 until manufacturers start showing miniled more love.
Ultrawides yay thank you!
First and love all of your videos. Thanks for you helpful info. Hope you have a great week.
Are you going to review the Dough Spectrum Black monitors ?
There’s like no review of the XG27acdng, did you guys have the possibility’s to try it?
Is there an upcoming review of it?
Thanks for this work !
WHEN will you test the MSI G274QPX?!?? Do it please!
Which one for ps5? Would like a video specific for consoles. OLED as well as the fastest lcd for multiplayer
For eye strain the best monitor on market is BENQ3410r, i have two.
May as well keep asking, id love to see a review on that Samsung 57 inch ultrawide :3
Do yall plan on getting and reviewing the Samsung oled g60d 1440/360?
No big RUclipsrs seem to have reviewed it
Almost every 32" 4K OLED monitor for 2024 are insanely awesome and feature rich, with very small differences picture quality wise.
Bot comment
@DrakonR eh? Wow, I'm a bot now, great; next I'll be dreaming of electric sheep or go watch C-beams glitter in the dark near the Tannhäuser Gate (don't Google these references, it'll be beyond your childish mind).
Ah well, hope others read my comment in good faith.
On the other hand, and I say this with the upmost respect @DrakonR, go do one.
@@TheOneInYellow whatever you say bot.
