I did this workout yesterday. Today Im doing the Cardio and Weights Live workout. Guys if you guys don't have Cathe in your life, you are truly missing out. Cathe is a real gem. She is phenomenal. I LOVE her choreography, its dynamic, challenging and fun. I discovered her about 4 years ago. I bought her step with risers, i bought her resistance bands and her DVD's. It has changed my life. Changed my whole perspective on training at home. These workouts are no joke and FUN. She even has amazing LOW IMPACT workouts. Not to mention, she does the ENTIRE workout with you!
