At some point Para products were becoming popular then they just faded away. The only one I ever saw shot on paper did very well. If I remember the barrels have an integral ramp, my theory was the integral ramp where it fit down into the frame provided another point to stabilize the rear of the barrel and helped with accuracy.

You are correct about the ramp. I think they are kind of a sleeper. I have never seen a stock 1911 shoot like this one. Thanks for all of your great comments.

Great gun! I was beginning to think that you weren’t a 1911 fan lol. I love my Ruger SR 1911. I cast and powder coat my own SWC’s for it. I read that John Browning tried to mimic the ballistics of the 45 colt when he developed the 45 ACP.
I’m considering building one yet this winter. Good content in your videos.

Thanks Boyd I do like the 1911's. Have you seen my video on the Charles Daly cheap 1911. I paid like 450$ at Cabelas For crappy sights this thing will almost shoot with the Para Ordnance. @@boydsteenblock1328

Hey bud. I enjoy the videos. Straight to the point and informative. I am actually working on starting a channel myself so I know every subscriber helps. You gained one. I wish the best for you and I will continue to watch your videos. Side question though. I was watching your .17 hmr video and just curious, is the .22 lr in the middle of .17 and .22 mag or do you consider them completely different?

I would say different. The 17 works great on thin skinned critters. At long range The 22 mag is better for heavier animals (raccoons and such). The 22 LR is best for thin skin animals under about 50 yards If you like Agriculture content you could check out my other channel. 10 cow ranch. I will sub for yours

At least you found a use for Titegroup! It's living up to its moniker in this gun. But what happened out at 50 yds? One-inch @ 25 yds should have given better results on the (12"?) steel plates.
You ain't got any snow. Don't know how you live with yourself. 😅

I do like titegroup in 45 acp The 50 yard groups had a loose nut behind the trigger hahah Thanks for all of your great comments
