    A proper loaf of rye or wheat bread contains Only Two Ingredients: UNFORTIFIED rye or wheat flour & (unfluoridated) water. It's the Fermentation Process that Makes Bread Nutritious. Such a loaf is impossible to make in countries where grain crops are sprayed with glyphosate as is routine nowadays.
