Dude clearly has YEARS of high level experience and it’s wonderful to be able to witness it. And of course, Cbum is a terminator in there. Insane.

im a manlet as well, and on the seated rows I use plates to elevate my feet so that they don't slide like Dereks did. Just something to try, you lose a lot of your power when your feet are sliding.
