Egg roll in a bowl was something I made before being on AIP and loved... I had to buy coconut animos (which is sweeter that soy)so I could make it... I used apple cider and coconut aminos and salt ... so mine came out with a sweet and sour type taste which was yummy but next time I will use less coconut aminos and more salt. I have been having soup for lunch with bone broth base... the last 2 I made were a beef bone broth, with sweet potatoes onion, garlic, apple cider vinegar, tyme, oregano and marjoram and pork loin I diced small. Then second go around I reduced the sweet potatoe and added carrots and celery which I liked better. The first soup I made I added black pepper and realized I shouldn't have it was my first week so gave myself grace
I'm so glad to find you, I have hashimoto's too and am reclaiming my life through diet. I'm a homeschooling mom of 6 so it's been a challenge coming up with AIP and PALEO idea's but I'm finally getting it and video's like this help so much.

What do you use for recipes that call for almond milk and coconut flakes, coconut oil, ect. I hate coconut anything. I'm going to try the alimentation diet. HELP!

Which is so crazy ironic because I stutter and have all my life...I learned to speak fluently by taking slower. So it's so weird now that I talk so fast when I'm filming and doing these videos. I am working on slowing down, but keep forgetting. I'm a work in progress ;)
