Liked your video. I have the same engine on my Ferris mower. Would the motor be very very hard to start? That’s my issue, even after I run it for an hour and then try to restart it it just turns and turns. Bought a new battery too. Let me know thx.
No a regular o ring will not work I had this same issue with a customers mower on a nikki carburetor I figured I'd run to auto parts store and grab her a little or ring and be good to go. The original thickness is also different and doesn't allow the needs and foot assembly to seat properly.long story short original O.E.M o rings only work. I ended up just buying the lady a chinese knockoff carburetor instead of waiting for the whole rebuild kit lol
Thanks for the help. Same problem.
Ordered new oring and gaskets. You are awesome...
This looks like exactly my issue! Coincidentally, the fuel solenoid was also sticking open some of the time contributing to the issue as well. THANKS!
This was indeed the issue. Thanks a ton!!!!
I believe this is my issue! I’ve been trying to figure this out. I have a FX801V would they most likely have the same carburetor?
100% fix for the problem! Part # and all. Thanks for posting.
