Adding black pepper powder to a glass of turmeric milk helps it's absorption.

black pepper can be added when making omlettes and any food item as well. As black pepper helps to absorb nutrients and not just turmeric.

    • @DataandFacts-jc1wc

🤣 While black pepper and milk are metabolized differently due to their distinct compositions, the statement suggesting that adding black pepper powder enhances turmeric milk absorption is comedy. Suppose it is true, in that case excessive turmeric intake can indeed harm the liver, and adding pepper might exacerbate this effect by possibly increasing turmeric absorption, potentially amplifying liver damage. You are suggesting a poison to drink

Turmeric is a super food. You increase its absorption in the body by adding fat and black pepper. Turmeric also helps support liver detox
