Sunroom Addition Series (Part 2, Final Design, Plumbing, Concrete, Framing for Roof)

This is part 2 to the sunroom series and I pick up where I left off from the last video. I created a design on the 5D app. I rented a trencher and laid the pex and gas line for the grill island. Roberto and his crew then came and poured an amazing concrete pad. After that, I was able to rebuild the roof header and set new post. Then, I finish the video building the roof for the bay door and installing a fake soffit all the way around the perimeter.
