Excellent point. As a Giants fan, Eli could drive me crazy with some of his decision making. I'd like this updated to see how the '23-'24 Chiefs Super Bowl ranks. They beat Miami in the frigid cold, then had to go on the road to beat the 2-seeded Bills, then on the road to beat the 1-seeded Ravens, then beat the 1-seeded 49ers, who were said to have arguably the best roster in the NFL.
The 07 Giants beat a Stout Bucs team, a 13-3 Tony Romo led Cowboys team, and a 13-3 Aaron Rodgers (Future HOFer) led Packers team all in enemy territory. Then they beat the greatest football team of all time in the Super Bowl. The 2023 Chiefs run pales in comparison.
But when your doing an average you're also leaving out the fact that some teams had to play more games on their playoff run which I think also contributes to the difficulty.
No because if a team plays 4 teams then you divide the teams srs scores by 4, but if they play 3 teams then you divide it by 3 so there’s no advantage. Obviously an SRS score doesn’t measure how good a team is, but I thought it would be fun to use statistics to see at who had to play the hardest teams
@@tubfrog No I understand that. I'm just saying that the average SRS score (or an average of anything for that matter) doesn't show the fact that 4 games is simply harder to win than 3 most of the time. Say a team had to win 4 games all against teams with an SRS score of 4, and another team had to win 3 games against teams all with an SRS score of 5, the average SRS score would say that the second team would have it harder (even though the total would be lower making it debatable) simply because an average reflects 100% quality and 0% quantity.
@@tubfrog I'm not even saying that using an average rather than a total is necessarily wrong, it's just unfavorable to teams such as the 2012 Ravens, last years Rams. or any team that won a super bowl without a first round bye. Definitely still worth looking at nonetheless.
The 2005 Steelers should’ve been a top 3. Considering they were 7-5 through 12 games, they NEEDED to win out+get help just in order to clinch the 6 seed. Once there, they beat the 3 seed Bengals In Cincinnati. Then they beat a heavily favored 14-2 Colts in Indy ( most analysts had them winning the Super Bowl, especially after New England got knocked out) Then the Steelers beat the 2 seed Broncos in Denver in the AFC Championship game. They proceeded to the Super Bowl and beat the number 1 seed Seattle Seahawks with the leagues best offense, and the league MVP Shaun Alexander. I think is one of the most impressive runs considering how the Steelers had virtually no shot to make the postseason during the last month of 2005. Once they got in, they were underdogs every game, and they became the first team in postseason history to beat the 1, 2, and 3 seeds in the playoff bracket , all in one go. First team to win 3 road playoff games in one go. And they were the first team to be a 6 seed team and win the Super Bowl. Plus that Steelers team had a pretty meh offense and a good, but not great defense. I think it was a damn impressive run and certainly a very tough run considering the factors and variables that came into the picture. 2005 Steelers should be top 3 atleast
Yeah but they freaking cheated in the Super Bowl. Seahawks should’ve won but the “Steel Curtain” cheated. I’ll give it to them, they had an impressive run but they def cheated in the Super Bowl. If you haven’t already seen it, I’m a Seattle fan.
@@Mooniastar_13 I'm also a Seattle fan but they also played like crap in the superbowl. The refs did suck but Seattle came out flat. @@Mooniastar_13 idk, the officiating was bad on both sides. I felt Seattle should’ve won, but they made several mistakes as well. Mike Holmgrens clock management was awful that game. Their kicking sucked, and league MVP Shaun Alexander went missing all of the sudden
@@Mooniastar_13 Honestly even though the super bowl was tainted by refball, i don't think Seattle would have won regardless. I mean, it was totally unfair and that's not OK, but people act like that steelers team NEEDED to rig the game to win.
The 2005 Peyton Manning was still Playoff Choker Manning. That was always the knock on him until he won the year after. Chad Pennington in his Miracle 2001 season took the Jets from 2-5 to the Playoffs and Spanked the Colts 44-0 in the Wildcard. Until Manning finally won, he was a known Playoff Loser. Doesn't matter what the Colts did in the regular season, everyone knew they were losing in the Playoffs
Don't forget the 1990 Giants. After defeating the Bears at home, they had to beat the back to back Champion 49ers in SF, then they had to beat the Bills in SuperBowl 25. And they won all 3 playoff games without their starting QB, former SuperBowl MVP Phil Simms.
Super Bowl 3. The AFC was deemed as "could never win", the Baltimore Colts were an unstoppable team led by prime Johnny Unitas...and Broadway Joe guaranteed the win before hand. Back then, they were trying to injure your Star Players. Namath dislocated a finger on his throwing hand that game and played through it.
My dad was at MSP for a flight to Vegas during the 1998 NFC championship. He still tells me the story about how they wheeled a TV into the lobby for everyone to watch the game, he had to get on his flight early in the 3rd quarter. about halfway to Vegas, the pilot says over the radio "the game is over, Anderson made the game-winning kick" the entire plane erupts in celebration only for the pilot to say "No, It was the wrong Anderson, we're not going to the Superbowl" Being a Vikings fan truly is pain.
The 2004 patriots faced mvp peyton manning's colts in the divisional round, an afc championship game at 16-1 pittsburgh, and a super bowl vs the 15-3 eagles
Easily the 2007 Giants they went into every single playoff game on the road and were completely written off by almost everyone then after all that they make it all the way to the Superbowl where they faced the 18-0 Patriots who were undefeated all season and were looking to become only the second team to go undefeated in the superbowl era with the superbowl pre game odds were about 14-1 underdogs but they actually did it they beat the Patriots thanks to a late 4th quarter drive by Eli Manning
This is easily the Giants. Beat the 13-3 Cowboys in Dallas, beat the 13-3 Packers in Green Bay in literally some of the worst conditions in NFL history, then beat the 18-0 Patriots led by the unanimous GOAT during his peak season. Seriously, it's not even close lol.
I wouldn't call the Giants SRS score juiced. They had to play the 1st, 3rd, and 4th best teams by SRS that year and before those 3 games they had to beat the 3rd best defense in the NFL. Further, they had to play every game on the road which means playing at Lambeau in 30 below freezing for the NFC title game. The other three teams got to play their pre-SB games at home. I think this proves the Giants had objectively the hardest path ever.
Well, the LOB actually had 13 players pop for PED's and even as I watched the game, they would get away with a lot of DPI and holding on offense. That, and the 49ers game was rigged. There were multiple possessions where penalties were missed that would've swung possessions in the 49ers favor, like the roughing the kicker, DPI again, and more uncalled holding for the Seahawks. They were talented and definitely steam rolled teams, but they juiced so it drops the respect meter for me. Same goes for any 70's steelers rings
The 2007 giants will forever be the greatest underdog in my mind. Defeating Romo, Farve & Brady without the benefit of a home game will never be topped. Wether it’s the 1927 Yankees, the 1996 bulls or the 1977 Canadians. No team was as dominant in pro sports history like the 2007 pats.
07 Giants Wait....2013 Seahawks? The Legion of Boom? The second most dominant defense since the turn of the millennium? Before watching, I'mma need explanation lmao. Especially seeing the 2010 Packers and 2012 Ravens not being high much at all.
The 2012 Ravens are low because they faced a SHITTY Colts team in the wild card round. Other than that, yeah, they faced an absolute gauntlet of a schedule in the post season.
I think ignoring the raw data about this stat, the 2011 Giants SB run is probably the toughest considering 1) they had to beat both Rodgers and Brady to win that championship and 2) let’s face it, on paper that Giants team was nowhere near as good as any team they played in the playoffs, but they still pulled it off.
I’m an old man that saw the games at the top of your list. I like the video. You do a great job. Stop saying “of all time” about everything. 😂 But great video, maybe the best of all time….
2004 Patriots beat 12-4 Manning led Colts, then a juggernaut 15-1 Steelers team, THEN 13-3 Eagles in the SB. Eagles team that had been to 4 straight Conference Championships and added an unguardable TO for that season.
I mean I have to naturally stick with the wildcard team that beat an undefeated dynasty team with the greatest head coach of all time overseeing a top 5 shutdown defense riddled with all pros and hall of famers, lead by the greatest QB ever and the most dominant WR ever having their best seasons, setting all time records as they torched every team the faced up until the SB. Like, take a handful of those aspects and it's probably tbe most impressive win, but all of those? Literally crazier than the US beating Russia in 1980 in the Miracle On Ice
Im a broncos fan, have been for 30 years, and i still say the 07 giants win this catagory. Going away every game as underdogs, and winning them all is a feat man
I find interesting that only 3 of the top 10 teams on the list of hardest superbowl winners are NFC teams. This implies that the path to the superbowl through the playoff is harder for AFC teams because there are more diificult teams on the AFC side to face in the playoffs with higher average SRS. This is even more supported when you consider that two of the NFC teams in the top 10 are the giants teams who faced the patriots in the superbowl and the patriots extremely high SRS both times probably significantly weighted the giants final average opponent SRS.
I think this stems from the fact that historically the NFC is usually more balanced out and the AFC has been top heavy, meaning the AFC teams usually have higher SRS's from the regular season. Also there are 4 NFC teams in the top 10, the '92 Cowboys are at 7.
The AFC is a much easier conference than the NFC. for literally 2 decades every year they sent either tom brady, peyton or rothlisberger to the super bowl. the worst teams are in the AFC the worst division is in the AFC. the all time win loss of AFC teams playing against NFC is below 500. In the 80s the AFC lost the super bowl 13 times in a row. In the 60s the NFL stole all the top talent for the AFL which is why the colts, packers, cowboys were the only true professional teams-- AFC teams in the 60s were like college teams
just remember: the '76 steelers had one of the greatest defenses ever and for the whole season, most of their starters were injured on the offensive side of the ball. Without those injuries, they would have 7 rings
I hate the Eagles but the 2017 Eagles to beat the 2017 Patriots is one of most impressive wins I’ve ever seen. The 07 Giants is still probably the hardest Super Bowl win
I really think the 2013 Seahawks are the best team in NFL history. I've never seen a team do what they did. Their defense was so good that they had two offenses, it was nuts.
That’s pure disrespectful delusion right there. There are far better Super Bowl teams than the 2013 Seagulls: 72 Dolphins were better 75 Steelers were better 84 49ers were better 85 Bears were better 89 49ers were better 93 Cowboys were better 02 Bucs were better ETC.
@@LEBUMCHOKEDIN6FINALS literally all different eras with different discretion on what is and isnt legal. In more than half of those teams listed the league wasnt even anywhere near the athletic capacity in the modern game. You probably werent even alive either!

Side note I’m pretty sure Joe Namath got high one time, ended up summoning satan himself and then sold his soul for the Super Bowl win while Also selling any possible future or happiness for the jets franchise
I agree that it's hard to tell the WHOLE story. Think of those one-ring-only teams. They often don't have these long dynasties, "prestige" or other non-statistic places. Having more road games is also an excellent measurement. I love that there's a lot of story telling to be had in these history games, it really adds to the allure of this form of entertainment.
Man, the fact that the Vikings were mentioned twice, and mostly being favorites to win it all. They came up short. As a Vikings fan, it just hurts my soul.
The Giants Super Bowl is right there and so is Seattle but yeah, the way you broke it down. It makes a lot of sense that the Raiders is the toughest Super Bowl. I mean those teams were all time all time that the Raiders had to play. Let’s give them their respect, playing so high up to competition that they actually wonit all and of course John Madden the coach
I never would have guessed Denver and Seattle being in the top 4 of difficult scheduled. probably because both were the best teams of that year however denver socre would have been bigger had they beaten then 15-1 much better vikings
Easily the 2017 eagles. Backup QB, 2nd year coach against a tough falcons team, elite Vikings defense (embarrassed them 38-7) then won probably the most epic shootout of all time against the Patriots dynasty in the Super Bowl. World was against them and they still came out on top
Umm, no. 2017 Eagles were the NFC's top seed with a first-round bye and home field advantage throughout the playoffs. And held that great aging Patriots team to 33 points. The wildcard 2007 Giants played every game on the road and beat the #4-seed (at Tampa), #1-seed (at Dallas) and #2-seed (at Green Bay in -23 degree weather). Then they beat the 18-0 Patriot juggernaut - holding them to 14 points. The wildcard road warrior Giants (10-1 on the road that year) had an infinitely tougher road to their Super Bowl than the #1-seed 2017 Eagles.
You should add all the numbers up to make a total. Teams that didn’t have a first round bye should be ranked as harder as they had to play one more game.
The hardest Super Bowl I could design would be a 7 seed beating the 4 best teams in the league in close games. 2nd seed in the wild card, 1st seed in the divisional, 3rd seed/5th seed (depending on division locations) in the CC, 1st seed in the Super Bowl. So in our year, it would be the Lions beating the 49ers, Eagles, Cowboys, then the Chiefs for a ring. Winning all close games where they’d probably be big underdogs. Bonus points if the 4 teams were extremely talented relative to other years. So you’d be the regular season runt in a top heavy conference, then face down the undisputed best team in the other conference in the Super Bowl. Ironically close games are more difficult than blowouts, since in blowouts you are supposed to take the foot off the gas and play conservative to finish. If the game is a brawl from kickoff to 0:00, you have to play extremely aggressive the whole time, which is more difficult.
I don't think the average SRS is a good determiner of how hard their schedule was, because a team with a first round bye who plays 3 really good teams will have a higher AVERAGE than a team who plays a decent team in the wild card round and then 3 really good teams, but the wild card team who had to play 4 games, including beating a playoff team just to get to where the first team started, obviously had a harder playoff run
@@darrenroberts9622 Nope, not even close. The 2007 Giants beat the Bucs, the 13-3 Cowboys, and 13-3 packers all in enemy territory. Then they beat the greatest football team of all time in the Super Bowl. This isn’t a debate.
The First & 2nd Super Bowl champions the Green Bay Packers have the hardest run to a Super Bowl with their first run being a 16.24 SRS (Beat the Cowboys and Chiefs) and a WHOPPING 21.586 repeating for ring #2 (Beat the Rams, Cowboys, and Raiders)
I don’t think people realize how good that Seahawks team in 2013 was. The Saints, Niners, and Broncos were all damn good that year and probably would have won a title in any different year with how good they were. Seattle beat them all.
When the Skins win a championship, everybody sees it coming. When the broncos win one, it's a gauntlet (though the 2nd one back to back I seen to remember being a pretty easy run)
My top 4 would be #4: '98 Broncos #3: '05 Steelers #2: '76 Raiders #1: '17 Eagles The Eagles lost there potential MVP QB mid season, secured the #1 seed with a backup QB. They barely beat the Falcons, and beat a pretty dominant Vikings squad with an emerging Stephon Diggs. They played a very strong Patriots offense in SB 52, in which Tom Brady lit it up with over 500 passing yards and 3 TDs. The Eagles were underdogs in every playoff game they played, despite being the #1 seed in the NFC. Very few expected them to beat the Patriots, let alone execute one of the best trick plays in Super Bowl history.
Interesting vid. How do you account for statical probability of winning. Like if you have a 50/50 chance of winning a game, then just by playing an extra game, your probability goes way down. But, I like how you rate the avg of the road to the super bowl
We lost out on way could have been the most action oriented super bowl of our lives in the '98 season. Minnesota fell to Atlanta and we got blowout. What could have been...
I remember the Denver vs Seattle super bowl game, there was a special going on at the bar I was watching it at, for every touchdown there was a special shot served for the specific team that scored, we got hammered on Seahawks shots 😂
I’ve always felt that the 2008 Steelers were one of the biggest SB winner question marks. First off, as Barry McCockiner has repeatedly brought up, Pittsburgh never beat Brady’s Pats in the playoffs and they didn’t have to play him that year. But beside that, they actually didn’t beat a single first-round bye team that entire year, not even in the playoffs. It’s taking nothing away from the Cardinals for getting to the Super Bowl that year, but they only had a 9-7 record. To me, that’s not enough of a challenge to prove yourself as the undoubted best team of the year.
@@bp4016 I’m just saying that to me, they didn’t face as much of a challenge as they could have. The Cardinals’ defense was among the worst in the league that year, and a much better one may have prevented that game-winning drive. Think about the AFC Championship game: the Ravens had a great defense too and only allowed Pittsburgh’s offense to score one touchdown. The game was close the entire time, and it was Polamalu who had to step up and make the play to shift the tide. Yes, they handled the competition they faced, but they did get somewhat fortunate while doing it.

I love data and statistics based lists like this. While obviously, objectively, we know there are more factors into what makes a playoff run harder or easier than others, stats aren't objective. They are concrete. So whether you take this list as a standalone gospel and quote it, or use it as a basis to put perspective on your own analysis, it is a very useful compiling of data that makes for a very well put together video. I know my opinion doesn’t matter but I almost turned the video off halfway through because I got tired of the condescending tone / sarcasm every other line. I appreciate your sense of humor but was overwhelmed by it at the same time. I could never feel the drama or adversity that every team had to go up against because you would set up their opponent by downplaying how good they were with your tone or sarcastic comment. This comment was probably confusing. I was very confused on my overall opinion of the video. Still liked / subscribed. Idk what I’m looking for in the narration, but I hope in future videos you experiment with different tones or try and build a little bit more drama through narration throughout your video. Didn’t mean any of this as hate. Like I said, my opinion doesn’t matter. I do like to give constructive criticism. The pause and sigh at the end was the “cherry on top” of what I was trying to point out about the tone in the video. I hope atleast some of this made sense

@@CRMdrifter true and that’s why it’s nowhere near perfect but I think it’s worth looking at anyway
@@tubfrog I'm not even saying that using an average rather than a total is necessarily wrong, it's just unfavorable to teams such as the 2012 Ravens, last years Rams. or any team that won a super bowl without a first round bye. Definitely still worth looking at nonetheless.
@@tubfrog Not saying a total is great either considering it punishes teams for doing well in the regular season.
I've rewatched that superbowl and it's one of the worst of all time. Considering how great Seattle played up to that point, they do need to look at themselves and not just the refs.
He still tells me the story about how they wheeled a TV into the lobby for everyone to watch the game, he had to get on his flight early in the 3rd quarter. about halfway to Vegas, the pilot says over the radio "the game is over, Anderson made the game-winning kick" the entire plane erupts in celebration only for the pilot to say "No, It was the wrong Anderson, we're not going to the Superbowl"
Being a Vikings fan truly is pain.
The 2004 patriots faced mvp peyton manning's colts in the divisional round, an afc championship game at 16-1 pittsburgh, and a super bowl vs the 15-3 eagles
Those steelers were frauds and the pats kinda were too no elite weapons is usually a bad thing
Thank god for all those walkthroughs and signals recorded.
That was literally the best Patriots team under Belichick lol
@@mramisuzuki6962 thank god you’re still crying about it 18 years later
Manning was a regular season MVP, but he was the Playoff Choker. Beating his teams in the playoffs was expected.
Yay a new video from my favourite channel. Love from 🇸🇪
Easily the 2007 Giants they went into every single playoff game on the road and were completely written off by almost everyone then after all that they make it all the way to the Superbowl where they faced the 18-0 Patriots who were undefeated all season and were looking to become only the second team to go undefeated in the superbowl era with the superbowl pre game odds were about 14-1 underdogs but they actually did it they beat the Patriots thanks to a late 4th quarter drive by Eli Manning
Yeah fr fr they had it the hardest
Richard Sherman’s picture got me dead. 💀
he did the LOB dirty lol
I love your content TubFrog keep it up!😁😁😁
This is easily the Giants.
The fact that the Giants beat the unbeaten Patriots who happened to be the best NFL team assembled together would put them at #1 for me
07 Giants
Wait....2013 Seahawks? The Legion of Boom? The second most dominant defense since the turn of the millennium? Before watching, I'mma need explanation lmao. Especially seeing the 2010 Packers and 2012 Ravens not being high much at all.
The 2012 Ravens are low because they faced a SHITTY Colts team in the wild card round. Other than that, yeah, they faced an absolute gauntlet of a schedule in the post season.
Very cool vid bro, subbed
Enjoyed this video TubFrog. Looks like a lot of research time went into it!
DubFrog with another banger 💪🏼
I think ignoring the raw data about this stat, the 2011 Giants SB run is probably the toughest considering 1) they had to beat both Rodgers and Brady to win that championship and 2) let’s face it, on paper that Giants team was nowhere near as good as any team they played in the playoffs, but they still pulled it off.
That 2011 giants team was the worst team to win omg its like the teams were just giving them the wins
The 2011 Giants are, statistically speaking, the worst team to ever win a Super Bowl. That was a fun, but also frustrating, season lmao.

But great video, maybe the best of all time….
2004 Patriots beat 12-4 Manning led Colts, then a juggernaut 15-1 Steelers team, THEN 13-3 Eagles in the SB. Eagles team that had been to 4 straight Conference Championships and added an unguardable TO for that season.
Eagles played a broken legged T.O. In that Super Bowl would've been nuts had he been healthy

The pictures you used for players had me dead. Great video!
Man U put so much work and energy into dis. Much appreciated
I didn’t even know roughing the passer existed as a penalty in 1976 hahaha
I’ll forever hate the Seattle Seahawks for how that game was rigged against the 49ers.

The 07 Giants. Easily. They literally beat a perfect team.
6:05 “Dirty Birds” led by Jamaal Anderson.
Im a broncos fan, have been for 30 years, and i still say the 07 giants win this catagory. Going away every game as underdogs, and winning them all is a feat man
The 2013 Seattle Seahawks were a Category 5 super team.
Looks like 2024 is gonna be your year. One of the few thousand that have subscribed over the last couple weeks. Keep up the great work!
@@d00d22 yes and only now the afc is the more talented division overall

I’m Steelers fan but the 2012 ravens was a run to see beating colts , broncos , and patriots

I believe the 1990 New York Giants deserve to be in the conversation
I really think the 2013 Seahawks are the best team in NFL history. I've never seen a team do what they did. Their defense was so good that they had two offenses, it was nuts.
Ya , in last 25 years.98 Broncos, and 13 Hawks are best teams in football, also 04 Pats.
The 49ers almost beat them too.

That’s pure disrespectful delusion right there. There are far better Super Bowl teams than the 2013 Seagulls:
72 Dolphins were better
75 Steelers were better
84 49ers were better
85 Bears were better
89 49ers were better
93 Cowboys were better
02 Bucs were better

I feel like this was your best video yet. I like how you gave a solid argument for each of the teams and honestly I think the Goat Himself Eli had the hardest in my opinion.
07 Giants or 2018 Eagles for the same exact reason, no one thought either team stood a chance against the Patriots… Underdogs for the win!!!
much love from brazil!!
I love the SpongeBob music in the background and great vid!! Personally I’d love to say the 07 giants
Maaaaan this was a great video
It’s the 07 Giants and that is where the discussion should end.
I think the '24 Chiefs might come close.
Those are the total scores, Tubfrog divided by the number of games to get an average SRS score
Both of those runs are very respectable and certainly top 5 in difficulty. They aren’t quite the hardest though.
Giants did that they ran thru the gauntlet of the best of the best in their prime even ruined the perfect season
Dude skipped the ‘07 giants like we wanted to hear about any other team 😂
I don’t think people realize how good that Seahawks team in 2013 was. The Saints, Niners, and Broncos were all damn good that year and probably would have won a title in any different year with how good they were. Seattle beat them all.

When the Skins win a championship, everybody sees it coming. When the broncos win one, it's a gauntlet (though the 2nd one back to back I seen to remember being a pretty easy run)
My top 4 would be
#4: '98 Broncos
#3: '05 Steelers
#2: '76 Raiders
#1: '17 Eagles
The Eagles lost there potential MVP QB mid season, secured the #1 seed with a backup QB.
The 2012 Ravens beat Manning and Brady in their house, in the same postseason…and won the SuperBowl. Literally no one in history can say that!!
Defeating 18-0 🤔 as a wild card team
We lost out on way could have been the most action oriented super bowl of our lives in the '98 season. Minnesota fell to Atlanta and we got blowout. What could have been...
Crazy how the best offense and defense of all time happened in the same year, and both teams went to the super bowl.
Then someone else should have made and won the Super Bowl, u can’t get mad at a team for beating whose in front of them
@@bp4016 I’m just saying that to me, they didn’t face as much of a challenge as they could have.
Lol, that Richard Sherman edit 😂
The cardinals were so good that they didn’t even make this list 😢😢😢😢😢😢

I. Don’t. Care. What. Anyone. Says. Bowman had that damn ball in that 2013 championship game(effectively creating the navorro bowman rule actually). We were robbed and hawks fans know it. Still the LOB was INSANE. I live in the PNW as a niners fan and I was the only niners fan in my school during this rivalry. What a beautiful time to be alive.
There were way more worse call that in that game too that helped the Seagulls. At least Brady avenged us the following year
@@LEBUMCHOKEDIN6FINALS oh I agree just that one stuck out the most cause it changed the league due to the rule in effect and it also was the beginning of the end for Bo 😪 but yes I agree

Thank you for making it.

Superbowl 58. Chiefs. No doubt about it. Look at the opponents they played and the conditions(coldest and away games) and their WRs missing catches left and right all regular season long..
2004 Patriots and 2012 Ravens deserve have a case also.
2004 Patriots beat MVP Peyton Manning’s Colts with the best offense in the league, beat the 15-1 Steelers on the road, and then a 13-3 Eagles team in the Super Bowl.
2012 Ravens dominated the Colts in Andrew Luck’s first year, then went on the road to Denver and beat the 13-3 Broncos led by Peyton Manning, then outscored the Patriots 21-0 in the second half of the AFC Championship, giving Brady his only home AFC Championship loss, and then beat a very talented 49ers team in the Super Bowl.
Hardest Super Bowl game to win was the eagles they had to beat Tom Brady in his beat Super Bowl performance

First time watching your channel. Really loved the video concept.
The 2004 Pats mean playoff opponent SRS, subtracting the Eagles week 16:17 losses and the Colts week 17 loss where they rested their starters was roughly 10.57 defeating the *12-3 Colts, *13-1 Eagles and 15-1 Steelers.
