This is a deep connection total body class, working from the inside out and strong from top to toe. You'll flow through a warm up which we will repeat throughout this 10 day series so you'll get nice and familiar with it.
We will then work on those deep connections with curl ups, bridges, single leg stretches, the hundred, tail lifts and more. We will then take it into a press up section which will work your upper body before going for some slow mountain climbers, leg and glute work. You can level up or level down here.
As this is a full body class, you'll also work into the back with a prone section and then kneeling side body work! The full package neatly packed into this 30 minute class. Focus on the small movements and enjoy the stretch and flow at the end.
Want to say I really appreciate the videos on this channel. I know aesthetically it’s marketed towards women, which is totally cool. But for the guys and ladies more into weights, I find these are great active recovery workouts in between gym days.

I discovered you recently and liked you from the start. You as in a person and you as in a pilates teacher. I keep coming back to you as you have such good stretches and a slow approach that I can easily follow. That's not to say that your classes are easy. More, more! I love your channel! I love your approach to Pilates! I know it is a little bit harder with the baby, I have two and now the third is for February, so I know it is quite challenging, but we are here, waiting for the next video. Today I finish my second week from my 30”/day/4-5 days/week challenge, it feels amazing, but it wouldn’t be as enjoyable without your trainings! THANK YOU! Today also ends my first week of gluten free vegan lifestyle and I just feel way better than I did last week, and I am well aware that I will start feeling better and better. Thanks again and again.
PS I have tried to find other channels on RUclips to diversify my training, but I after a few seconds I click right back to one of your trainings. As someone said in another comment, I love that you have a gentle approach, but the work is there and it is hard. And the variations also help a lot in those days when I just don’t feel like doing it but I still do my best to do the bare minimum…

I am also a man, who does a lot of cycling and weight training - but very often neglect core, stability and stretching. I feel like I get it all in one hit with your excellent sessions and always feel better for it. I also appreciate you keeping it down to earth and non nonsense: no disrespect to those who appreciate the spiritual stuff, but it’s just not for me. I respectfully disagree with the last comment about it having a female aesthetic; it’s pitched perfect in my opinion. Keep up the good work, Lottie.
