I repeated this today; the last time I did this was 12/23/22. I did 10 reps or cumulative 30 second holds per exercise. I noticed that some of my movements are much improved from last month. I attribute that to working on my handstands, and also doing at least one 60-minute burpee routine a week (along with some light dumbbell work). Thanks for creating this workout collection!
I recently brought a dip bar. Messed my back up in 2018. Havent been able to box or keep my strength up. My upper body is coming back fast and only after a week i noticed the difference. Some of these i just cant do cause of my back. But many i can. So thank you for making this.

Elevated pike push-up? Wow. Impressive. I never thought there were so many various exercises. I think I am going to buy this now. Even though I go to the gym, I still have a weight bench, doorway pull-up bar, body weight resistance straps at home and I want to add the dip bars now. I am a believer in body weight training.... I thought about a power tower but I really don't have enough room in my garage so these dip bars make more sense.
I got some dip bars and was doing inclines until I got them down and am working on assisted dips now, but this just made me feel even more assured that there's so much more I can do. 🖤

I was looking for drills that can't be done on anything else except these bars. Most other videos show exercises that can be done on rings or steps or any elevated item, some of which are shown here in this video too. But I've seen here in the mostly advanced sets just a few that I could try with bars. So well done and thanks. I didn't want to have just another couple of pieces of junk hanging around when I can achieve the same workout on more common equipment.

Maybe after gymnastic rings the dip bar is the most versatile tool in bodyweight exercises. But you still need something stable sturdy to hang your rings that is the limitation of rings while for such dip bars you only need flat surface and nothing more.
Bro this was a very informative video. I got the gravity xl parallette bars a week ago and have made mad progress. I can now do all the basics and with the intermediate section in your video I think it's time to step up my game. I can do the rows plus the basic holds and dips etc. But I need to push to achieve more and you gave me that push brother. Thank you and stay safe.
