Voice over workouts are where it's at! Love the instructions rather than just guessing what proper form or muscle concentration should be! Keep it up my man - thanks for the inspiration!
@@Simnettnutrition we need updated workout videos, loving the recipe vids but workouts would be awesome, great way to switch it up!! Love the content either way.
Just received my bars with the Simnett Nutrition bananas down the side. I am so excited! Thank you for inspiring this purchase. Getting shredded this summer! Even my eight year old kid is using them. We love your positive energy. 💛
oh and I really like the style of the video and that you put in the name of the exercise and number of reps. I think its the first time you did this. thanks! great!
This was great! I have always wanted to purchase these bars and knowing that buying them with your discount code will support your channel makes me want to get them. Thank you for all the inspiration you provide me to make myself a better person brother!
Slightly difficult but don't change a thing! Being in the over 50 crowd and after 2017 being the year from h**l, just getting back into taking care of myself. Start at 1 or 2 reps and work my way up. See ya on the difficult side :)
I've been practicing Tuck sit with 30 second holds, 3 or 4 per workout. And I'll also use light resistance band hung from the pull-up bar to do assisted L-sit. ✌🏻💪🏻
Had to do it 😂 but will watch it tomorrow morning...kind of my wife’s after cardio/breakfast routine 😁 can’t wait to see if you have my question answered in the next ask me Monday 👍 love your vids man. Always something useful happening 😇
Awesome circuit...those bars would be fantastic in my little home gym(doing dips off my treadmill handles hehe). Surprised you live in Parksville. Beautiful place!
Im going to have to incorporate the one arm rows into my dip bar exercise routine. these things are no joke. I hope to be able to hold the L sit position as straight as you do by the end of January 2020 :)
Simnett Nutrition Awesome Derrick thanks, I can see you are putting more hard work into editing, have been missing these videos but also I really have been loving the forest ones they are very relaxing.
In UK's last COVID lockdown the only exercise I could do consistently was running since I had no home calisthenics equipment. Don't get me wrong, I loved it but I needed more variety and missed the bodyweight exercises. Not making that same mistake with the new UK lockdown! Just bought your Simnett Banana Lebert EQualiser bars and about to get started!
Great vid as always D! I'm definitely going to grab a pair of those after the 3rd, pay day 😁 awesome discount! I was just looking into getting a pair last month too! Thanks brother 💛
Any advice on starting handstands for beginners? And do you know what plant based foods are good for asthma? Love the videos! You inspired me to live the vegan lifestyle.
HAha, oh gosh. I am no master at either of those. I am very far away from the planche but I am going to start training for it. When I find out what works I will do that. And my handstand needs some work too, but who better to teach than someone who is progressing themselves I guess. ;) I know what I need to do to correct my faults.
For the inverted row, I just started trying it out last week, but by keeping the knees bent is not that challenging. The exercise can be more difficult by keeping the legs completely straight. With one arm only and extended legs, it must be seriously hard.

Yeah, I have to because of the gym music blaring in the background and copyright concerns! Glad you enjoyed it!

Was it too easy or difficult or right around where you needed it?
Slightly difficult but don't change a thing! Being in the over 50 crowd and after 2017 being the year from h**l, just getting back into taking care of myself. Start at 1 or 2 reps and work my way up. See ya on the difficult side :)

Yes more videos! What i eat in a day are common (and really cool). What about "What i trained in a day" (or whatever the name) videos concept?
I'm a little surprised you didn't do tuck plank row to parallel your tuck planche dip. It is awesome and the equipment is perfect for it.

one arm australian rows, nice! if it is too hard one could do archer rows, or use them as dropset.
All those dips bars are sold out. Do you know when they will b available?
This is awesome Derrick, I want to get into this at the park, as I can't afford the gym.
You can do this easily at the park!
Simnett Nutrition Awesome Derrick thanks, I can see you are putting more hard work into editing, have been missing these videos but also I really have been loving the forest ones they are very relaxing.

I always thought those bars were kinda useless........boy was I wrong, can’t wait to try some of these.
They are my fav. piece of equipment after my pull up bar.
Are there any exercises that best replicate a pull-up with dip bars?
In UK's last COVID lockdown the only exercise I could do consistently was running since I had no home calisthenics equipment. Don't get me wrong, I loved it but I needed more variety and missed the bodyweight exercises. Not making that same mistake with the new UK lockdown! Haha, you have much faith in me.
More please, this is awesome
Great video! Keep up the good work bro.
Thank you :)
Do you have any beginner recommendations for lower body workouts to pair with this circuit?
you could do assisted pistol squats or just regular squats. you could also try hanging from both bars and doing an upward pelvic thrust
Unfortunately like you I don't have the luxurious tropical weather. So ready for spring. Keep it pushing.
Lost and Found he's inside a gym lol i think ur joking ?
Anthony T yep. Vitamin d deficient.
Great video, very helpful. What do you do to help relieve the leg pain after an intense leg day?
Try a stationary bike or other type of movement that will get the blood flowing to them. Should help
Great vid as always D! I'm definitely going to grab a pair of those after the 3rd, pay day 😁 awesome discount! I was just looking into getting a pair last month too! Thanks brother 💛

HAha, oh gosh. I am no master at either of those. I am very far away from the planche but I am going to start training for it. When I find out what works I will do that. And my handstand needs some work too, but who better to teach than someone who is progressing themselves I guess. ;) I know what I need to do to correct my faults.
I feel like there needs to be an insanity type crew to back you up.....time to make a DVD and market it like craaaazyyyyy!
Haha! Oh man. That would be hilarious. We would call it "Struggle City:
Calisthenics edition"
