Love the vibe. The intro guitar riff melody reminds me (very closely) of Dimmu Borgir's Broderskapets Ring. Hell of a track. The other melodic elements of this make me eager for more.
Thank you! This was driving me nuts, as I too, recognized the intro. I was thinking Dark Tranquillity, but you're spot on with Dimmu Burger's Broderskapets Ring. Vocals are badass though, remind me a ton of Kalmah!
I love love love the atmospheric keyboard/orchestral/electronic stuff you guys do in the "background". It really adds a lot of space and makes the music feel very open even with dense guitars, drums, and vocals. :)
And Elvis Presley ripped off a lot of African American musicians. And Nirvana ripped off the Melvins. And Primus ripped off a Frank Zappa song once. And... you know, there's only so many notes, chords, arrangements, i forget who said it but everyone "borrows" from everyone.
This is some incredible next gen, heavy metal. It sounds as gnarly as a listening to Maiden for the first time. I am however not a fan of the death grunt. I do not think that it fits the musical style of the band. They are playing incredible music, I think they deserve an incredible singer in a more melodic way.
Still spinning this in 2022
No matter what new music is out there, I keep coming back to F.I.T.D
"In this lightless year....." how perfect \m/
Amazing work! Love the song.
Great Job Guys.
Congratulations to my friends for this great job 🤘

Great track, loving that tone.
This is just awesome!
Great melodic death metal, if you havn't heard of them yet.
Great song! Probably it's not even an influence to the band, but it reminded me of Tristania's Widow's Weeds era songs.
Great
Yup that was awesome, \m/
Sounds like Dark Tranquility.
Reminds me of Insomnium's first CD.
Sounds kinda like Woods of Ypres "A Meeting Place and Time". Cool song though.
What a deep resonating brutal piece of beauty! Such a shame for the cheap video...
Hmmmmmmmmmm...sounds like Dimmu Borgir - Broderskapets Ring...
Ummmm... Anyone else gonna acknowledge Dimmu Borgir's riff from Broderskapets Ring? Nice ripoff lol
