I don’t understand why Symrna is even on this list, living in North metro Atlanta for over 18 years and having a brother in law living there, I would not recommend…
Please take Smyrna off your list. We're full. LOL. We've lived here 23 years and love it. The rapid growth of the past 10 years has had an impact on the quality of living in the smaller community that we fell in love with.

Suwanee has mediocre schools, If schools are important, certain neighborhoods of Lawrenceville, Snellville and Grayson, have top of the line schools and housing prices are still affordable.

Peachtree City is the best place I’ve ever lived in my life.
Make sure if you buy a house in “Suwanee” you are actually in the City and not east of I-85. Also, make sure you are in the North Gwinnett School cluster not Collins Hill. Avoid Collins Hill!

Peachtree City is not 45 minutes from the city. It’s only about 17 - 20 minutes from the city. I travel from there every day.

How’s the crime in Symrna?
I would not live in Symrna, been here in Georgia for over 18 years.
I've lived in Smyrna for 23 years and it's great. Since it's so close to Atlanta, crime has creeped up in the last 5 years. However, Smyrna/Cobb County has the reputation of being tough on crime, so criminals have second thoughts about criminal activity in Smyrna.
Woodstock, what about the community?? Hispanic ? I’m looking more Hispanic areas…
Worst thing is they are attached to Atlanta 🤮
