Chosewoood is booming! Lakewood Heights is sneaking gaining in value, almost like what happened in West End and Oakland City

No because of the people. Rude, arrogant, weird, uncouth, unfriendly, liars, talk behind people's back, and most of all petty. The summers are nasty hot. Can't even go out at night. Jobs are for who you know and not your skills. Rivers are polluted. Dirty people who are not helpful. Good old boy good old girl network. Traffic is life alternating. The state of Georgia is beautiful but the people make it rotten.

Your Metro is bigger in Atlanta. By city population Charlotte is bigger than you. Charlotte is the same thing as Atlanta a diverse is about the same thing as your city. In South Carolina it is cheaper in Atlanta. Your crime is worse than any other city in the Carolinas.

Atlanta looks like a very average city. I would rather move to charlotte

I had the opportunity to watch the video for the Buckhead area. I am a recent transplant from Los Angeles. I recently located to Atlanta to be closer to my family. I wish I would have seen this video prior to moving, but ended up finding an apartment in the heart of Buckhead. At the time and not being familiar with the Atlanta area. I had no idea of the reputation the Buckhead area had. Now that I am here when someone ask where do I live and I tell them Buckhead I always get the "well, well, well..." expression. Trust I am not high end. I am a psychotherapist part time and work as a manager at a large non-profit full time so I am far from high end. However, so far so good. I am thus far happy with my choice as i continue to adjust to my new job and city.

You should try "Paya Thai Kitchen" since you have an affinity for Asian...It's located in West Midtown in the space that was formally "Redbird" directly above "Forza Storico" Also, surprised that Decatur didn't make your list with Chai Pani, 246, Kimble House, etc...Great food there. What about the east side, home of Sotto Sotto, Boccalupo, Bettlecat, Rathbuns, Delbar, etc. Atlanta is definitely one of the top restaurant cities.

I’m from Florida and have lived in both Texas and Georgia, and let’s just say, as an outdoor enthusiast, Georgia really can’t compare to Texas when it comes to “geography and natural beauty”I mean Sure, Georgia has some cute hilly, lush areas and a few mountains here and there, but that’s basically the extent of it. What it doesn’t have is a Texas-sized Hill Country, Big Bend, or Satan’s Canyon, Pedernales Falls, Palo Duro (aka the Grand Canyon of Texas), Vanderpool, Willow City Loop, Enchanted Rock, Jacob’s Well, Garner State Park, Hamilton Pool Preserve, and Lost Maples State Natural Area. And Tx also has Beautiful pristine spring feed Natural Lagoons. while Georgia can’t even pretend.And #Funfact HTX alone has more fortune 500 companies then the entire state of Georgia, And Tx as awhole has more fortune 1,000 companies then both Ga && Illinois combined just thought I’ll throw tht in there!!!

I lived there once upon a time and was called "A Yankee gal!" by "someone" much older than me. Needles to say, I high tailed it outta there! 😂 back up North. But, as an artist/coach/director, I'm definitely bringing my talented "Yankee gal" back soon. To visit and investigate. You need to visit a place for around two weeks and go places outside of tourist spots to TRULY access if it's a good fit for your vibe. Good video Marc! I mainly appreciated the homage you played to civil rights leaders because that's something most other realtor made videos about Atlanta DON'T even bother to mention. How much you wanna bet they'll start now! Lol gotta love copycats! 😂 Parents, you should make calls to ANY school you are considering and speak with head administrators BEFORE enrolling because that's a good way to determine how you'll be treated as a new family. You can't just go by those school rating websites! Go VISIT the school. And oh, look at the school lunch menu! Bad school lunch is a red flag for the deep south lol 😂 I'm from Detroit and back in the day our school lunch was DELICIOUS! Kids need to be able to eat quality school lunch! Re access to nature: in NY you can take metro north from grand central to cold spring or other mountain trails in about an hour. No car needed and no traffic.
