Great video! I live in Powder Springs, Ga and have for 20 years now. Its a great place to live and is steadily growing at a fast rate, especially in recent years. Growth is good, but hopefully it will still have some of that old town charm that it's known for.
But what about Senior Citizens that's looking for a nice retirement spot but just want a rental community?
Hello, I just recently started following your channel. My wife and I are looking to move to the Atlanta, Georgia, Metropolitan suburbs in the near future. Anyways, I was just wondering why Brookhaven, didn't make your list of places to move to?
Affordability is not great in Brookhaven, which prices most people out of this market. If you can afford it, and you want to be walking distance to Atlanta, then it’s pretty close to #1.
southern forsyth (Suwanee - Lambert High, South Forsyth high) has the best schools right now and Northview HS, North Gwinnett Hs aren't far behind. most cities in the city don't rank as high.
I am a complete wreck over trying to find a rural area to live in outside of the city with a once a week commute to Northside Dr NW
I was hoping I could make south if atlanta work, like Lagrange or Newnan...is this idiotic? Lol i just need to drvie to work 4 days a month!
I don’t think that’s idiotic at all, especially since it’s just once a week… totally doable! And I think Newnan and Lagrange are great choices! I used to live in Newnan and I loved it. Sounds to me like you found the right area!
Wow thank you SO much for the quick reply! I've been going crazy because everyone says steer clear of south of the city towns if you work Northside but I love the areas south of Atlanta haha ❤️
