She's even being narcissistic..by way of delusion.when prosecutor asks her ..on another vid what certain words mean..or how they are defined..she's 100%incorrect on every definition. But still thinks everyone else is so ignorant to actually buy her weak rap.thats ..in my eyes... showing that she 100%lied about every single thing she spewed out her oxygen waste hole of a mouth.. furthermore..her attorney is a idiotic and pathetic.she probably could get a retrial based on the fact that her attorney is legally ignorant and due to a recent labotomy..

I mean, the lawyers questions were sort of interviewing her. She didn’t really ask anything personal (overly) at least in the beginning. Not sure how you would want to behave during a murder trial? If she sobbed at the stand, that would be even weirder considering the context of the questions. If she were getting upset and angry, that would also be very weird. She seems sort of normal to me, just giving answers to questions. Nothing really odd about it.

Changing your name is not exclusive to sociopaths or psychopaths.
A lot, and I mean, A LOT change their names for safety reason or personal reasons which can include bullying of the name, sharing the name of someone you don’t want to, or just plain don’t liek your name.
Anecdotal evidence is not factual evidence.
My mother has changed her name 20 times in her 46 years and has finally landed on Elizabeth(Lizzie or Lizard). She’s always hated her name. It’s a rendition of Jennifer and how people would pronounce her name is just mind boggling. It really isn’t that hard to see that Genifer is Jennifer. But no. Every.Single.Phone call was “is this gen-high-fer?” “Is this geenifer?” “Is this....ms. Simms?” Some jsut wouldn’t even try to pronounce it.
It gets tiring and old and you just want a normal ass name. Lmfao
I also changed my first name cause I’m named after my father. I found out later in life, my father was a piece of shit woman beater who beat my mom and she almost lost me three times during her pregnancy. She tried to leave but was pressured to stay and was pressured to name me from my fathers side of my family. I want NOTHING to do with that so I changed it.
Both my mother and I, are normal people. With the right amount of compassion, Empathy and a great bull shit detector.
This woman, is just a sociopath. Her changing her name has nothing to do with her crime. It may hav something to do with her personality and yes, it can indicate a mental illness of sorts and her case, yes. I could safely assume she’s a sociopath.

I actually watched this in real time when it aired on Court TV. I think the defense move of putting her on the stand provided the Jury the absolute confirmation, removing ANY amount of Reasonable Doubt, of her guilt. She was a gift to the State’s case. She killed him because she slept with him, cheating on Jason, and getting caught. So after the whole sexual abuse allegations didn’t work out for her, she had to do something to eliminate the problem that SHE created. Her behavior on the stand was shallow, unsympathetic, arrogant, childish, very immature, attempted to be self-serving, and it screamed her guilt in this case.
They way she smiles and Carrie’s on and literally basks in the attention she was getting, and seeing Jason on the stand, was mind blowing,…. If you were to tell someone about it, it was at a level you could not even make up…. The whole truth or reality being stranger than fiction thing was created for her situation from start to finish….
She tried to blame the victim, she tried to disparage Alex’s character after killing him, and she tried to make herself the real victim in this very sad story….
She simply has no place in society. None at all….

Some people might suggest that only someone else on the spectrum would make an excuse for a murderer smiling about it. In the same way only a pedophile would make an excuse for why a 40 year old man would be texting a 15 year old. Those are just two examples. Anyway, I'd be careful if I was you. I will try to clear it a little:-
You asked a question. It was a very good question. I suspect the answer has both simple reason and ALSO very complicated reasons.
It's clearly tragic whatever the reasons are. She appears lost, lost within herself. Struggles with her identity. Struggles with morality (thou shalt not kill) Appears indifferent to the crime and so self absorbed that it barely registers OR it's part of a defence /self preservation mechanism. Perhaps she is so unloved that the attention she is now receiving is worth committing the crime for.
My response to you was to suggest, that contemplating for an answer is definitely worth while. Mainly HOW DID IT GET SO?
Do elements of society promote this dysfunction/condition in order to benefit out of it?
I have my own opinions about it . Raising awareness may help remedy these tragedies.

I was a regular at a bar for 3 years in my late 20s and there were so many highs and lows and drama amongst the 20 or so daily regulars. And these were drunks...high functioning alcoholics many of whom were well over 35. And these people in this case are doing all this hoot-a-nanny....over coffee????

That's the only defense in high profile murder trials like these. Try to make the victim sound like the crazy one. Remember that the strategy with a case like this isn't necessarily to argue innocence but to argue for a lower sentence. It's a common tactic but the defense has to do their job and put up some kind of fight no matter how they feel about the case.

Have you ever seen a court case? You have to calm them down and see what there like before you can read them properly, and you can’t just “throw them in prison” they have to state their case and be sentenced.

    • @voraciousreader3341
      @voraciousreader3341 3 года назад +2

Wow.....somebody has a large axe to grind.....what’s your problem?? Did a girl in high school breeze through classes you struggled with, or did she beat you for the highest grade on everything despite your best efforts?? You’ve obviously rewritten the script in a way to make yourself the so-called “superior” and much more intelligent girl by describing her as vapid and stupid, but you’re wrong. There are many students with excellent brains who don’t need to work as nearly as hard as other students-meaning you-and many more who are eaten up by jealousy and feelings of futility. Your anger, jealousy, and feelings of malaise are going to stay until you work them out with a professional. And you’re a classic Mean Girl, no doubt about it, who probably, with your friends and at your instigation, bullied her every chance you got. High school is over, and taking very self-revealing potshots at girls who remind you of her isn’t working; you were too old for that crap at the time and are doubly so now. Time to find a good therapist who can help you flush all of this anger and jealousy and guilt out of you....keeping it bottled up will make you sick.
