  • On the third day of #AliAbulaban's testimony, things got heated during cross-examination. The TikTok star fired back at prosecutors saying, "You want to paint me as a [expletive] pedophile? Show it! Show me what you just said." Don’t paint me as something I’m not." Plus, The judge told the court that Abulaban set a court record for the longest defendant on the stand.

      Ana had plenty of opportunities to leave but she stayed, she knew what she was getting herself into. She clearly had no common sense to bring a man back to her apartment knowing her husband is coked up with a gun and a key to her house. How were things going to end??? Doesnt take a genius to see this was going to end bad. if she wanted to see other men go to a hotel why bring them back to the apartment. She sent him crazy and over the edge. No, that's actually pretty slimey and dirty. There was absolutely zero evidence of him searching for that, and she blatantly insinuated he was looking up underage pornography because she knew it could cause potential violence against him while in jail.
      This, plus the fictitious, deceptively worded "admissions" to a cellmate are technically grounds for a mistrial.
      Her dirty tactics could entitled him to an appeal, wasting more tax payer dollars

    • @Josh_you_uh
      @Josh_you_uh 21 час назад

      @@yeetnama9094 his reaction was funny, the guy doesn’t think he might come off bad or look like a nut with a quick hair triggered temper which was most likely a strategy this prosecutor used knowing he would react to that question and he’s dumb enough to give her what she wanted .. I can’t stand our justice system and think it’s horrible how they can even see all this and use it as it’s a huge invasion of privacy which is not even becoming a thing anymore.. but I’m not going to sit here defending this guy at all and call that movie slimy. A a man that did what he did . If anything it was smart, also imo he took it wrong just as you described “insinuating underage pornography was being watched” how does that insinuate that? 18 and 19 aren’t kids by law also majority of that genre are much older girls in their 20’s that just look young.. that’s a real category and nothing underage about it..’also worrying about tax payer dollars is crazy when it’s literally all being wasted and laundered by our crooked “leaders” also given away to finance more war… literally tax money is all wasted lol they print money.. it’s all a scam and illusion..

    Ali Abulaban is the most self-absorbed person I've observed. Everything is about him him him. His priority was to pick up his 5 year old daughter from school and take her to a safe place. Yet he is not driving safely and he's high on drugs but doesn't think his driving could injure or kill her. His mind also can't think about anything than his wife having sex with men but it's different if he does this. That's all they mean to him. It's too bad his wife didn't manage to get a new lock on the apartment door. Also, he has endless money for drugs but he had no money for health insurance, and boo hoo his wife had lost her job and so he no longer had access to her medical plan. I guess he decided to take the witness stand in the (remote) chance the jury will sympathize with his poor mental state (all of his life) and reduce his sentencing time. I just don't see how he won't get the death penalty. His cousin had lunch with him and Ana three days before Ana and Ray were murdered. The cousin has no sympathy for what Ali did. Nice to hear.
