As soon as I learnt you could paint on your werewolf my first thought was "Dear God what is Kevin going to do". Needless to say I was not disappointed.

I really miss the ensemble of family characters this series used to have... The grim reaper, Santa Claus, Jim's ghost dad, his many lovers and unwanted alien children, and who could forget Shrek. I really hope some of the old gang can make some reappearances again soon
You are forgetting this isnt the same series. This is the series of the missadventures of Kevin Pickens, where he does every random chalenge he can think off. Its just that he added some random Jim Pickens he found in the galery at one point and the lines between both series became bluried. But im prety sure theyre diferent saves. So the old gang wouldnt apear here anyways. Maybe, if Kevin doesnt forget about the og Jim Pickens, they will return eventually at that save. After all, Turg neve left. And First Name returned in a cameo.

The fact that the occults in Sims 4 are all being added one by one in their own DLC is really just making them seem gimmicky. In the Sims 3 they had a pack that added werewolves at the same time as vampires, fairies, magic users, zombies, and magical skills such as potion making all at once.
You could also get Late Night and just have vampires as well as the introduction of an Urban city and "Nightlife."
My point is that it's immersion breaking and calls attention to the fact that everything in your game is a dlc when each dlc only adds ONE thing.
I'd feel like I was wasting my money if I wasn't using the one thing that each DLC provided, whilst in the Sims 3 they all added so much that I felt like my game was being altered even if I wasn't actively using one of the features.

But the occults in Sims 3 were kinda boring. In Sims 4 every occult has a skill tree, forms and stuff they can do, much more developed. I mean there are still too little things in the dlc considering the price but I really like the occults from Sims 4

i like this idea that sims4 does it, makes the pack fully focus on the occult, with a skill tree, and also makes you able to pick the occult you want in your game, instead of having them all

Yaaay, werewolfing! And I see you've already got the ability that I was hoping you'd find. . . Just two things:
1. Your makeover on Faiz may not have stuck -- apparently the werewolves are a bit bugged in that, if you go into CAS in werewolf form, changes may not properly save. But who knows! We'll find out next time.
2. That ability that you've got allows you to eat anything that counts as an object -- James Turner has already demonstrated it works on chickens!

Wow, I really hope someone mods in some tails for the werewolf character models. The cropped, stubby, Yorkshire Terrier-esque nub of a tail looks SO weird to me.

the fact that Kevin still find happiness in bring random children with him after all this time is Kinda Nice.
Seems like Jim Pickens has given up his murderous ways and evolved from a murderous womanizing dear leader to a side character and faithful companion for sim Kevin.
Even the Main Character needs to rest every now and again. So he decided to let his quirky sidekick get a few filler episodes for himself!
Considering the last time he was a side character he will soon take over and Sim Kevin will die in obscurity.
Or maybe Jim Pickens is about to get Jim Pickened, going from main character to side then fading away in the background while Kevin and his pack of werewolf children with highly questionable body paint take the spotlight? It would be an ironic and karmic end for what he did to that forearm dude

The greatest compliment I can give a RUclipsr is accidentally calling them “Kevin”. I hold so much affection for Kevin that if another RUclipsr comes close to how much I enjoy them, I’ll accidentally refer to them as “Kevin”. Has happened to commentary RUclipsrs(Danny, Kurtis), other gamers(Let’s Game it Out), and couple others(Shane & Ryan from Watcher)

Yes finally Jim and Kevin unleash their terror on Moonwood Mill haha!! You can also unlock 'transform at will' if you go through one rampage without scaring someone (so just before Kevin rampages lock him in a room with no one then once he's finished you're good to transform whenever) 😊

I noticed that too, and agreed!
Its pretty accurate actually, most werewolves in irl lore dont have tails. Its to distinguish them from actual wolves.
Edit: but if you want your werewolf to have a tail, simomo-cc has cc that adds a stiff tail accesory to your werewolf
I believe that "nub" at the back of Greg at 2:20 is meant to be the tail. But yea, actual tails would be nice to have.
It's because the tail was clipping through clothes and walls and stuff, so they ditched the idea
From an animation and programming point of view I can see why they cut the tails. It would be a nightmare to stop it clipping though everything and looking weird.

Wow, so I’m not the only one still experiencing sims moving when the game is paused. Good to know they never fixed this in the patch before the werewolves pack. 🙄
Sims 3 also had this bug, and it was scary cause the sims would look in the direction of the camera so it felt like a 4th wall break.
I had that happen in Sims 3 when I was a kid and I thought is just part of the game. I never thought it was scary lol. I'm not getting scared easy.

man do I hate how the werewolves look in this, they look more like weredogs and aren't intimidating in the slightest. Were I to be accosted by one of these abominations I would probably be more confused, uncomfortable and filled with second hand embarrassment on their behalf than terrified.

There is a way to be able to control when you transform into a werewolf! You can literally never be the human form if you don't want to lol
When you open up the werewolf perk tree, you see the passive skills on the right-hand side? There's one that says something like "Werewolf mastery." That one allows you to transform at will without becoming enraged. (Although you still become enraged from time to time) In order to unlock this, you have to go a transformation without scaring or attacking anyone. I managed to do this by locking my sim in a room by themself and locking the door for everyone. Then when they transform, wait until after they transform back into a human and calm down. Then the skill should be unlocked and you can click on them to transform!
