Kevin, I first found your videos because I was looking for a new (to me) RUclipsr that did Sims content. I forget exactly what I looked up, but what I found was your Sims (4?) video, where at first you were playing as yourself (I think) in a penthouse apartment and Jim Pickens was just the next door neighbor.
I remember thinking the video was hilarious, and then when I checked to see when it was uploaded, it was from that day, a recent upload. I was ecstatic to find a new content that was exactly what I was looking for, and I’ve been subscribed ever since. Thanks dude
