I was about to ask whether or not it was normal for my wrists to feel a bit sore by Day 14 and then you said “if you’re still building strenght in your wrists...” little comments like those throughout the practice really help a lot, makes me feel I’m on the right track! You’re an amazing yoga instructor!

That yoga felt really good. I'm processing the recent news that an ex-girlfriend died and have been feeling down today, but that felt like a great release. It felt really good. Thank you Adriene.
After the first time of committing to yoga for more than a couple days, I finally feel myself starting to enjoy downward dog!! It’s so exciting! I don’t think I’m anywhere near having my feet on the floor without a bend in the knees, but it’s no longer very ache-y. I truly love doing yoga every day❤️

I had to look around the room to make sure she wasn't talking to someone else! lol I always knew my posture was terrible and she said she plays violin so she always notices good posture. Thanks Adriene! That's something I NEVER thought I would hear!
First Adriene, thank you for saving me so much money. I feel this is still effective even without spending a couple hundreds of dollars a month. Second, thanks for that personality, I have literally chuckled in every session with some silly comment you've made or the 'chewwwwww' noise you make jumping to the front of the mat. Not sure where you're at Adriene in this practice but you deserve every positive that comes out of it.
I just wanted to say thank you, I owe you so much. It’s been a period of distress for me: unemployed, recently separated, with family issues, I’ve been down and in a dark place but you bring me light! I can see already my mind getting stronger, more resilient and accepting, plus my body is getting more fit and more flexible! You are precious! Have a great day my friends and let’s keep up the good work, we owe it to our great self!
Hi! I'm also unemployed and separated (for a long time, though) and yes, her video are so helpful to set myself in the right relaxed mood. Every problem can be handled in a better and more efficient way when you feel full, relaxed and in peace with yourself. Hold on!
Really wasn't in the mood for this one when I got on the mat, but of course by the end I was grateful to do it. Definitely worth 17 minutes less of sleep. :)
I don't want these videos to end!! I have really noticed that I tense in my shoulders throughout the day and I have become aware to opening myself up and getting rid of the stress and pain in my upper back.
Couldn't grab the toe but hey! loved every moment of it. On an unrelated note, its taken me almost a month to get to day 14. I keep starting things and leaving them half way; that's just how I am as a person and of course I don't approve of it. So I started the 30 day challenge on June 20. practiced the next day (day 2) and then day 3 was 4th of July. I know :( then again the next practice was July 10. But since July 14 I have been more and more regular, as I think I can 'feel' the results. Anyway, I've been practicing daily for the last 7 days and I feel I finally might be able to break away from my start-don't-finish way of life! Now the results I was talking about - for years, I couldn't sit down on the floor without falling 'thud' like a sack of potatoes, forget getting up gracefully :P so just out of curiosity I tried it Today. And guess what, I can now sit on the ground without touching my hands on the floor AND stand up from a seated position without touching my hands on the floor! It's a big deal for me! yay! Thanks, Adriene. This is all because of you!
i think this was the first time i didnt stop a yoga video half way and walk away. I was so surprised when it finished, i thought it was only 5 minutes long. Fantastic job. love the stretches.
I tried yoga for the first time in 2013, going once a week and I didn't last longer than a month. Decided to give yoga a second chance now in 2018, and here I am, finished with Day 14.. A couple days ago I came home at 1130pm after an 11-hour work shift, and somehow found the discipline to do the day's workout.. Am very proud of me and thank YOU for sticking along and helping me with my new found yoga journey :)
Day 14 Done! What a wonderful stretch. Ahhhh! I didn't realize how sunken into my spine and hips I'd become until I am reminded. Thank you. During my busy days yesterday, I "remembered my breath" and to relax my shoulders and I was able to concentrate better.
This was the first day of the challenge that I didn't feel like showing up--didn't get much sleep, feeling kinda sad, losing a lot of blood on my period, etc. But I just turned on the video and went with it, and it turns out... this was my favorite day so far! My body feels so much better, and I feel more connected with the slowness and low-energy vibe of my day, instead of feeling frustrated or judgmental about it. Just wanted to mention this for anyone who's not feeling it today--give it a go, it might actually make your day better!
DAY 14: Mindful Hatha Yoga Workout--Thank you so much for this really nice and simple yet amazingly effective session~!!!! The mindful guidance on the body and breath worked wonders. Wow! Thanks~!!!!!
I just wanted to take a second to share my deepest thanks for what you have invited this community to share in. This practice has made me feel so beautiful within-with all the tiny little fibers of my being, in a way I haven't felt for a very long time. Each day it feels like my soul has shed its cocoon a little bit more and I feel it is being reborn into something quite radiant. Each day I wake up feeling like I'm understanding my body a little bit more. Celebrating the places where I bloom already and acknowledging where I need a bit more tending. Each day I feel like I have been a little kinder to myself. From the bottom of my ever-budding heart, thank you Adriene.
Adrienne always says "Don't force it" and that's so true! I didn't follow that advice and when she said "Grab the toe", I couldn't so I forced it and my leg cramped up. After taking about 5 mins to recover from the cramp, I tried it again - this time focusing on my breathing and keeping the leg relaxed....and I grabbed the toe! No cramps!
I tried to grasp my foot for one second and then my body was like: WTF??!! You're not THAT flexible yet!! EEEEAAASSSYYY!! 😅 Hahaha! We'll get there eventually! I'm loving this, and can feel I really start to just enjoy the process, not focusing on being perfect in each position. Thanks Adriene! ❤️
I'm in love with yoga. Never thought I could find a way to exercise every day, but I love and look forward to the practice every single day. Super close to my heels touching the floor in downward dog, and actually feel like I may enjoy downward dog soon... lol! Thanks Adrienne!!
Adriene, I was very out of shape and couldn't (wouldn't?) work out. A friend recommended yoga on youtube and I found you. Now I've lost 34 lbs in the past few months (along with a healthy diet) and I'm able to touch my toes and I'm happier and my back feels better than it has since I was a child. I can't thank you enough for doing these amazing videos. Your videos have given me enough confidence that I even went to a GOAT yoga practice at a farm near me. Thank you thank you thank you.
I just wanted to check in. I am on the third week of this 30 days. I started this so I could pup up on my surf board better. And after 14 days I can say my pop up is way better! It is a lot easier to do and I am able to bring my foot up through my arms!!! Thank you!!! And my head is in a way better space! I am way calmer. Homeschool with 4 kids is ruff and this makes all the difference at the end of my day!
Love this channel. I’m a 35 yr old construction worker who thought to try some yoga for a sore neck, Adrienne sorted that out with one of her videos. Now I’m hooked on yoga! (But I don’t tell the other guys on the building site!)
I've been spending lots of time on my mat during the 2020 pandemic. I just started back to work this week and to start my Saturday, I did days 13 and 14 together to start getting back to sequencing with the day of the month. These two days were great together and by the end of day 14's session, I was sweating and felt really warmed up. I'm grateful to have found this series!
I'm like the last person to even think about doing Yoga, but after months of University work at my desk being hunched over, mixed with quarantine rendering me stiff and inactive, I thought I should treat my body with this. Hopefully throughout this journey some passersby will come across this comment as I intend to edit this comment daily for the 30 days to share my journey! Full journey comment thread is on the Day 1 video:) [Day 14/30] - Day 14 - 2 weeks done! Been a great journey, loved it so far. This was a nice short session, but man my hamstrings cramped in that new pose:( Hurt pretty bad, but on the whole this was really nice. Can't believe we're nearly halfway done.
Adrienne you are making each day a more powerful and peaceful led journey. I have found yoga through you and this 30 day yoga challenge and loving every minute. Thank you, Namaste
Keeping me motivated for sure. During downward dog I can almost touch my heels to the mat. This made me excited :) Thank You (Less anxiety is worth every minute of yoga)
Girlfriend laughed when I said I was gonna do this challenge, 14 days in, hip and back pain is much improved and I'm loving starting the day on a positive calm note. Thank you
Loved everything about today's practice. Getting stronger everyday, and you do it in a way that is slow and helpful. I have a feeling all these are building blocks for some harder practices as we get closer to day 30!
So I'm doing this challenge for the second time around and I felt really strong today so I did two videos in a row. A year ago I couldn't touch my toes and now I can get my heels down all the way in downward facing dog. =)
Keep at it ! I am doing it all again but this time adding another odd practise in here and there and do day 6 abs once a week as well. Keep a diary of what you do and note your favourite practises - this will help you on your second and many other times round. I put comments on every day on here first time round and laugh at them now. Yes I still struggle but........ Love it.
Day 14 and I am feeling great! This challenge as done so much for me. I've been having extremely bad anxiety and I wanted to find something to help with it, anything that would help me. That’s when I found this yoga challenge and I haven't had an anxiety attack since I started. So, thank you Adriene, I'm so glad I found this challenge!!!
I didn't see Benji in class today (Day 14) Hope all's well with him. He's such a great part of your classes. Thanks so much for what you're doing for all of us. My peace of mind has returned (from wherever it went) since I bagan your 30 day challenge. Your meditations at the end are the cherry on top.
i was really struggling today, wasn’t willing to come to the mat cause my mind just didnt want to. but i did it and i’m so glad i did. i was surprised when i realised that today’s session was already over. wished it lasted more. thank you Adriene.
Iv'e practised yoga on and off for a few years but never loved it as much as this! My baby hit 6 months and I decided I needed to do some yoga, maybe because this half hour to myself is so precious now but I'm feeling happy, strong, calm and amazing! Thanks so much Adriene!
I kind of abandoned Yoga for a few weeks for no real reason. I forgot just how relaxing, satisfying and wonderful it is for my body. Thank you so much Adriene! Also felt seriously proud of myself for grabbing my toes!
I've been following this 30 day commitment for 2 weeks now and with every movement I hear a snap and crack in almost every joint from my ankles to hips and up my spine. It's like I'm listening to a musical. :) Thanks for sharing your graceful moves with us.
This is the first time I've ever stuck with a work out challenge for more than a week! Since school isn't in session right now, a girl that works at our recreation center is streaming a yoga class to Zoom, and I think I'm going to attend!!
Adriene thank you for these videos and Namaste from Turkey on these quarantine days.. im doing yoga not to go crazy and you are the best teacher ever. ❤️
Appreciated the wrist example. I hurt my right wrist a while back, but try to push through the pain to build it back up. I have used that move on a few others days. So, it just made me feel better. 😉
originally I started 30 days of yoga to add some flexibility to my cardio routines, but now this is the most anticipated part of my day! Being a night owl, it is certainly a significant commitment from my part to wake up an hour early to do yoga with Adriene :) Thank you, Adriene, and lots of love from Hungary!
I am doing my 14th day OF yoga, not on the 14th day since I started... which was about 26 days ago., but this is better a better result than what I normally get, so I am happy. If, I can finish it in under 50 days, I'll be happy and then just work on getting better at committing for my next 30 Day challenge.
You are my hero Adrienne, thanks for putting such a fun positive spin on this practice. I have not missed a day yet and I am feeling better each day. The first day I was counting down the time until it ends, now I cannot wait to start the next day! Thank you so much
Today was challenging for me but fun! I still need to work on my flexibility, but I've definitely noticed my heels aren't as high up now during downward dog :)
I've never been in this long to any program before! Normally I'd quit after a week, but here I am at day 14!! I love the practices, and I can't believe how much I sweated on this one.
This is the second day in a row that my bra has spontaneously come undone during these videos. Yoga might be trying to get a bit TOO up close and personal lol
Lol right! I have a massive, saggy, but massive chest and I think a reason I stuck with this every day so far is not having to put a bra on! Before when I had cardio in my weekly routine, thinking about all the bras I would have to put on just to keep them from bouncing all around would put me off and make me not want to do it at all. Can't breathe from tatas bouncing around during a workout And can't breathe after all the layers because I'm being suffocated. And then having to take them off at the end when youre sweaty! but with this yoga practice I don't have to get ready, I can just roll out of bed and that's what I love about it! I am hoping to include some other types of workouts later on but for now I'm keeping it simple to avoid the self loathing when I don't do the work out plans/goals I set for myself.
i never wear anything but underpants for my yoga because i do it right after i wake up. But maybe that gets difficult if one has bigger boobies than i do. :D
Hello the day 14 😍😍💙 two weeks already 😍💪 I found it the easiest day 😍 or my maybe because I am becoming a yogi person already 💙💪✌ thanks a lot Adriene 😍🌸 I love you ❤🌷🌸
after a two day break, came back to the mat. that was a great practice for focusing. having problems with strength, couldn't lift the foot to catch it with my hand. but heels are close to touching the ground in downward facing dog. yeah!!! thanks
thank you so much for this Adriene. my grandma passed away yesterday and I wasn't feeling like doing yoga but I challenged myself and i feel better now. ♥️
Have been doing this challenge from the beginning without ever having done yoga before. And I really enjoy it! I actually started to get more flexible and relaxed and to do something for my back. And it really helps! But the thing I didn't expect was that my biceps would grow :'D (to this moment I wasn't quite sure whether I had any muscels in my arms xD)
My heels touched the mat today for downward dog!! I was childishly excited about it. In one of the earlier videos, you said that you didn't used to be able to and it'll happen eventually so I thought of it as a cute little milestone!
I had ZERO!!!! Idea how to start yoga had been reading and researching. I was sooooo overwhelmed by the many types of yoga, the cost of going to a class where I live is so expensive! I stumbled onto this 30 day Challenge! I am on day 14 I love love love it! I have sent this challenge to all my friends and family. The ones that have tried it really love it. The ones that haven't soon will! Thank you soooooo much for sharing your time and your practice with us! Love you!!!!!! Love your attitude and what you do!!!!!!

howwwwww ,in 14 Days of practice or?? this is my first time doing yoga and ive been doing IT for 14 Days i cant touch it
Yay!!! Soooo needed this! Thank you!!! ♥️
Peace to everyone here. ♥️☮️♥️
It's funny, every day seems to be exactly what I need for that specific day! It really feels like the universe is on my side.
Thank you so much Adriene. What you are doing is the best gift in the world to us. Love you!!
Full journey comment thread is on the Day 1 video:) [Day 14/30]

Day 14 - 2 weeks done!
Thank you, Namaste
for anyone who actually reads my daily comments lol My back is now feeling PHENOMENAL. Yoga I love you. Namaste.
I still do! Just fell back a couple of days. Will be more of a 40 days journey for me, but that's okay. Happy for you and your back :-)
Katharina Kettmann I’m happy you’re still here 💕 you’ll be reading my past comments haha don’t give up! I believe in you!
Gotta be the best ever !! ❤❤❤ Thankyou for existing Adrienne
Keeping me motivated for sure. During downward dog I can almost touch my heels to the mat. This made me excited :) Thank You (Less anxiety is worth every minute of yoga)
I am so grateful for you. You make my days lighter, and my body so much more limber, Thank you! Thank you!
this episode was incredible- I feel like a totally different person after visiting this place of calmness and self improvement for two weeks 😊
One of my favorite of the 30 Days so far!
I love your approach and attitude Adrienne, it makes me look forward to doing each video everyday!
Exactly, she's the best kind of teacher, I'm so glad I've discovered her!
I have a feeling all these are building blocks for some harder practices as we get closer to day 30!
it doesn't get much better than this!! love it
So I'm doing this challenge for the second time around and I felt really strong today so I did two videos in a row. A year ago I couldn't touch my toes and now I can get my heels down all the way in downward facing dog. =)
With your videos, joy is the first word that pops to mind :)
Day 14 Done! I can't believe we're almost halfway through!!! :)
Love it.
saucy3101 Great idea to start a diary!!
Adrienne - I can’t believe I now look forward to your daily videos. I used to hate yoga lol. ❤️
i was really struggling today, wasn’t willing to come to the mat cause my mind just didnt want to. but i did it and i’m so glad i did. i was surprised when i realised that today’s session was already over. wished it lasted more.
thank you Adriene.
Thank you Andriene! I wake up every morning with such an excitement for a new practice. It feels so great! Lots of love from Russia and namaste. :)
Аа!!! Еще один человек в России занимается этим!!!! Круто! Очень рада это узнать! Ты где в России живешь? )))
Emma Rutherford
Emma Rutherford Ух ты, интересно) Я тем же самым занимаюсь! Нет, йогу недавно начала, но надеюсь, что это любовь на всю жизнь) а ты?
+Emma Rutherford привет из Питера :)))
14 days in! Change is slow, and small but noticeable. Looking forward to the next 16 days!
Love your gentle style and your smile. It helps me a lot to focus on your voice. Thank you so much. :)
Hey yo! Day 14 Done! Thanks Adriene!
i'm being able to do the whole practice without even watching the video. just listening.
+Мария Димитрова Bulgarian ??
Yep.
:) От къде си ?
I felt that before and when I looked up at the video... I was doing something totally different. Lol
Loved today !! Thank you ❤
Really felt this one, youch. I wanted to let you know that I've gotten 4 of my friends into yoga because of your videos! We thank you very much!
Yay, day 14! Every practice has been so awesome and beneficial. I'm very grateful for these daily practices.
Same as you right now
I LOVED Day 14!!! It was short, but I still feel totally revved up (and relaxed too, which is impressive) Thanks so much :-)
Loved every second of it !!!!! You are my sunlight in those dark days Adriene :)
The best yoga teacher ever❤️
We´re really enjoying your classes, especially as we´re stuck in our flat in Spain! Thanks x
I've never been in this long to any program before! Normally I'd quit after a week, but here I am at day 14!! I love the practices, and I can't believe how much I sweated on this one.
This is the second day in a row that my bra has spontaneously come undone during these videos. Yoga might be trying to get a bit TOO up close and personal lol
the beauty of at home yoga is that you dont need to wear a bra!
Hello the day 14 😍😍💙 two weeks already 😍💪 I found it the easiest day 😍 or my maybe because I am becoming a yogi person already 💙💪✌ thanks a lot Adriene 😍🌸 I love you ❤🌷🌸
I do this 30 days of yoga 2nd time. I so love it!
Back to the mat today - day 13 and 14 completed after a 40 min walk... lets get fit and strong! Ahhhh... I feel much better now.
after a two day break, came back to the mat. that was a great practice for focusing. having problems with strength, couldn't lift the foot to catch it with my hand. but heels are close to touching the ground in downward facing dog. yeah!!! thanks
thank you so much for this Adriene. my grandma passed away yesterday and I wasn't feeling like doing yoga but I challenged myself and i feel better now.
Wonderful, wonderful, wonderful. Thank you Adriene. Have a lovely day. Namaste xo
My heels touched the mat today for downward dog!! I was childishly excited about it. In one of the earlier videos, you said that you didn't used to be able to and it'll happen eventually so I thought of it as a cute little milestone!
YESSSSS!!!
Thaaaank you Adriene 🌺!
Sick today, but pushed through anyhow. So glad I did!
