    Day 29 Done! I can't believe Day 30 is tomorrow! But, as my school friends always said, 'It's not goodbye, it's just 'see you later!' Adriene, you are an amazing teacher! You seem to know exactly what we are feeling as and when we feel it. The spine as a staircase is a beautiful metaphor! Yoga has made my planks stronger, my crow poses and wall headstands existent, my warrior 3 stronger and my life happier. I also feel like I've found new friends here. It's great to see everyone encourage and support each other. Big love to everyone on this journey! :)

      I have really treasured these daily practices. Thank you.
      For me the icing on the cake that touched my Soul are some of the words that you share. Significantly, today you said: “My practice is a service to the Bigger Picture, That which is Greater. Connect to Yoga (Unity Consciousness _ my interpretation 😌)“. Also meaningful is something you said along the lines of ‘Connect to your breath, the pulse of Life Force connecting you to the Ether’. Finally you also mentioned honoring the power of words and thought. Such special touches enhance and enriched my mind, body, soul experience. Thank you so much.
      I plan to start the 30 days over again so as to build on the current foundation.

    Today I learned that my mother’s aunt had been diagnosed with COVID-19. She is over 80, and we don’t know if she’s going to make it. I didn’t have the heart to jump on the mat today, I felt too overwhelmed. But I did it. And I’m glad that I did, it felt so comforting. And I managed to do the crow pose for 3sec! I don’t know how to express my gratitude, but you’ve really been helping me through this crisis.

      Sophia Nancey I am glad you’re keeping positive attitude by coming on the mat. I hope and pray she recovers soon. There are a lot of stories where elderly people are recovering. Keep faith & I ll pray for her! Lots of love to you. ❤️ ❤️

      thank you to those who sent good wishes! she had a stroke a few days after i wrote this comment, and we thought she would never gonna make it, especially as she had pulmonary embolism in the past… but she did make it through, and i’m so happy ❤️ she lost a lot of weight, and she still needs to recover fully from her stroke, but she no longer has COVID-19

    I was lying in bed last night when I looked over to my dog and said “day 29 tomorrow”.
    Then it hit me - I’ve rolled out the mat everyday for 28 consecutive days! It feels like I started yesterday.
    There’s been a couple of days when I didn’t feel like stretching first thing in the morning but as soon as the intro came on I was ready to go.
    I’m hoping to continue a daily practice when I’ve completed day 30 tomorrow.

    wasn't even going to attempt, but after realising the worst thing would be that i would try again another day...i found my very first crow pose during this session. actually fell out of it because i started laughing in surprise and joy!

    My wife and I have been completing your 30 days of yoga in addition to our daily regimen of exercise prescribed by our respective physiotherapists for various knee & back shoulder injuries. we're coming to the end (day 29 today (March 17, 2021), want to keep going because we like the way you instruct and are wondering if you could recommend another set of videos in your yoga series. We are both seniors (I'm 65 and my wife is several years younger), we've accomplished your 30 days yoga series by doing them every other day since Dec. simply because I was new to yoga and wanted to clearly learn the moves so hence we did each one twice. Thank you again and I look forward to your recommendation for our next round of your yoga videos. Appreciate the calmness and attention to modifications you bring to yoga.

    I started the 30 day challenge as a gift to myself, to do something that was good for my soul. I feel like everyday when I begin the practice it speaks to what I need that day. Its a little eerie but cool. So thank you for sharing your teachings!

    Crow practice is my favourite. I'll get to fly one day but I do love a good rock and roll... Which tends to be the actual outcome...

    Day 29 done! Only one day left of this challenge, but this has been one day more of my newfound love for yoga. Even though I still don't get the breathing right, I can't always disconnect from the thoughts running through my mind and my balance is still pretty shaky, after every practice I feel wonderful. Even those days when it's more challenging to get down on the mat, I do it, knowing that the feeling that comes after will set me up in a more positive mindset for the rest of the day. Thanks, Adriene, see you tomorrow! Well done to all of you who have made it thus far :)

    Definitely starting to feel a little bittersweet about day 30. But mostly sweet. I've grown so much from this challenge and my home yoga practice is now strong and daily!! 💜💜💜💜💜💜💜 SO SO SO HAPPY!!!!!

    I’ve never been the most graceful person. I broke my ankle stepping off a curb once, for heaven’s sake. I have always been drawn toward yoga, but always felt out of place when I would go to a class. I would find videos, but they were never like Adriene. I am so grateful and happy to have found Yoga with Adriene! I’m a weirdo and I love that she’s quirky too. I feel like I am waking up every morning to do yoga with my friend. The strength that I have gained in these 29 days have been amazing. Thank you so so much for making these videos, Adriene! I appreciate you!

    I woke today so grumpy, and did a yoga nidra meditation and still was grumpy. Then I came here and did this and I feel at peace and wonderful. I don't think it's only the yoga, it's something about you Adriene, your voice and spirit, that comes over the internet waves and makes things right. Thank you.

    This was incredible. I've completely fallen in love with yoga through this challenge ❤ I'm a bigger girl and I started this challenge to improve my back problems and correct my posture but in the process I've lost weight too! I was not expecting to lose weight (I'm not someone who checks my weight so I go off of how my clothes fit) but I have lost weight. These practices have improved my health both physically and mentally. Especially this last week of the challenge my mood is instantly happier after each practice! I had done yoga a few times in the past but never stuck with it because I didn't enjoy it. But I'm glad I stuck with this because I'm enjoying it very much ❤ And now let the journey continue ❤💃

    i'm so thankful for this journey. it has made me view my body as a lot more than just stomach rolls or flabby arms. my body makes it possible for me to do everything that i love in the world, and now i have also learned how to make cool and beautiful shapes of it :D i would've never believed that one day i will be moving my body everyday, not because i hate it, but because i love it and it truly deserves this. i have a lot more to grow mentally, in terms of accepting myself fully, but this has been a huge shift for better.
    i am proud of all of us here today, tomorrow is the last day of this challenge but after that, let's keep going and make ourselves even better!!

    Here I am on day 29 of 30 days of yoga. I never thought it would outlast the covid-19 lockdown, which started 2 1/2 months ago. There are a few restrictions lifted, but we're a long way from finished. Luckily Adriene has more programs.

    Hi Adriene Just completed my 30 days. From a complete beginner to Yoga addict! I am 57 and started because I wanted to get in shape for my daughter's Wedding. I dropped a dress size and on the day I felt amazing. I got lots of compliments too. Thanks for the videos I enjoyed every minute and Yoga is now an essential part of my day. Happy weekend to everyone :-)

    Don't be sad. It isn't over. This is how I feel, anyway. I'm so thankful and happy that I found this. I've discovered that yoga is something I can do that is challenging, but not intimidating. It has come to me at the perfect time in my life when I truly need to take care of myself (inside and out) and this is the perfect way for me. This is just the beginning. Congratulations to everyone who is on this journey!

    I can't believe it's been 29 days ! I've gotten so good at figuring out what I need during play time, and I'm sometimes shocked when I look at the clock and see how long I've been going after the video played out ! I'm excited to work on my own practice going forward after tomorrow, but I'm tempted to do the 30 days over again just to note the difference in my body. The first few days were a struggle, and I want to see how they feel now !

    I started the 30 Day yoga challenge about a month late : / and while I may not have done the challenge every day, I tried to do one of Adriene's video's every day and just kept at it and I really have to say it's one of the few exercise routines I have stuck with. I really love yoga now : ) I was having hip issues and some anxiety issues which also manifested in weird tightness of the jaw and face which really seem to have improved since doing Yoga With Adriene. I have thoroughly enjoyed this program and am really looking forward to continuing my yoga practice with Adriene - Namaste

    I had pain in my hip and back for 11 months and today I managed to do the shoulder stand. Something I already thought I would never be able to do again. I couldn't use any momentum because it hurts too much, but my core is so strong after these 29 days that I was able to go into it very slowly and controlled. This is more than I had wished for and it is only one of the benefits of yoga that I have found in this challenge. My sleep is better, I learned to slow myself down in stressful situations and I am more accepting of myself and others strengths and weaknesses, also the pain in my hip has decreased. I will definitely be doing yoga every day from now on

    This was very enjoyable! My head doesn’t come close to the mat at all to even think about a handstand but you mentioned the empower playlist so maybe that’s the one I should do after this is over. I’m looking forward to whatever comes next!

    hey adrien! i live in the uk, and am in the last year of secondary school, meaning that i should have taken my final year exams this year. However due to covid, they where cancelled and over the last couple months i’ve had nothing to do ( as my revision and prep for the final exam where no longer needed.) Your videos have been such a great help in my mornings as they have made me feel happier over the day as well as making me feel more physically fit. regretfully i didn’t do a video a day, as i’ve either been busy or unmotivated, but it has magically timed itself so that my last day (tomorrow) is also my results day (where i find out the results of the exams i didn’t do). i’m so nervous about tomorrow as the results are really important, but the prospect of doing yoga in the morning is calming my nerves a little, as so even if i don’t do as well as i hoped i will have at least have finished this 30 day yoga challenge. thank you so much for doing what you do, you truly have made me laugh, and your videos make my day!

    Adriene!!! I try not to be envious of someone. I always try to see the background work they might have put in to reach a certain level. But honestly? That crow pose and the headstand/shoulder stand always bring out an emotion which is mixture of awe and envy.
    Headstand is what I am hoping to achieve one day. Till then, I shall keep going. Thank you for inspiring me to try and reach a certain level.

    I made a sacred vow to do the video every day before school, but about Day 25, I started craving more yoga. So now I'm doing a bit in the evening, too, and one fine day may even be able to do tree pose and not wobble. 30 Days is major awesome.

    I've always been a bit of a yogi but I am loving these videos. I feel so much more lean and flexible, so thank you so much Adriene! I have gotten in the habit of doing a bit of either yoga or running today and when I didn't have time to do the Day 30 video before work, I just did a bit of freestyle on the mat. I found what felt good and used what I had learned from all of these videos for the past 30+ days (I don't do yoga when I run typically). It was great and I am so happy about what I've learned from Adriene. I'm definitely a fan and have recommended you to everyone!

    What a wonderful analogy: "it's like when we were kids, when we make forts, we enjoy making them and then we sit in them and enjoy them..." Loved this! I did the 31 days in July, now finishing 30 days this month... I've been doing yoga with you for almost 5 months and I feel so much more alive, so healthy and in tune with my body. With each day I get closer to crafting my own practice, becoming more confident in just finding my own flow. And even if I became a yoga-pro. I'd be dropping in on this channel because there's always something new to learn with you. THANK YOU Adriene! :-)

    You have made me truly love and appreciate Yoga. I have several herniated discs and have since the age of 12. I tried yoga during my college years, but it's only made my pain worse. At 30, I have widespread pain radiating from the herniated discs and my tailbone which was broken twice. I have three tiny kids and work very hard to eat healthy and exercise so I can stay in shape and be flexible and strong enough to take care of everything, but my stress was still through the roof. I discovered your channel 2 weeks ago and have been doing your videos daily, sometimes 2 a day. I am so grateful for your channel and your calm, accepting, and positive attitude. I am finding myself taking deep breaths throughout the day and more thoughtfully choosing my actions, rather than reacting to stressful situations. Thank you so much for making Yoga fun and accessible to people of all different capabilities.

    My enthusiastic ADHD brain forgot to put the video from 1.5x playback speed back to regular speed. And I'm impressed, because this practice was still a wonderful and relaxing experience for me!

    Day 29 feeling fine was absolute magic, normal practice like any other until crow pose came up, gave it a try after weeks of practice form wasn’t perfect by but was able to control myself in their air with my breath and what felt like no real weight on my arms even though they are holding up 200+ truly an inspiring practice today! Thank you, can’t wait to finish tomorrow and start on your latest challenge a few days forward

    Doing this in quarantine and I am so thankful for the peace that it has brought me during this time. I didn't think that I would make it this far in the challenge without wanting to give up. This challenge has helped me so much with my depression and anxiety in the sense that I can feel myself start taking deep breaths when things get hard mentally or emotionally and I am able to tackle tasks that normally would have derailed me before. Thank you so much Adriene! I can't believe Day 30 is tomorrow for me! Good Luck everyone on the 30 Days of Yoga path! It is possible!

    Crow pose! So I managed to get one foot off the ground, and then the other. I’m so happy! At the beginning I was trying to get into the position to do this pose, but it was difficult. Patience is key 🔑. Like I said yesterday, one day you find your body can do something all of a sudden. Even if Adriene is doing a pose I think I can’t do, I ALWAYS try it anyways, and I’m usually pleasantly surprised. Try everything! I am so happy to have one more day to go to complete this “challenge” which turned into a love. Namaste 🙏🏾

    OMG I did 3 push ups and didn't feel excruciating pain in my arms !!! I felt an amazing energy and joy. I never thought that my floppy arms will ever be able to lift my 66 kg body ! I lost hope with push ups halfway through the challenge but kept trying to do my best despite the pain. I am very grateful to you. It was an amazing experience helped me through these times in 2020 and I am very excited for tomorrow 😍

    After doing yoga daily with you for 30 days I was finally able to do the handstand yesterday, in my life I couldn't imagine I would be able to do this pose. Thank you, Adriene.

    Well Adriene, me and the boys (my 2 cats and my boyfriend) have absolutely loved this challenge and yoga is now a part of our daily routine. I have issues with my achilles tendons and my lower back, but yoga is helping me deal with and overcome the pain. Since starting this challenge I've learned to tune in to my body (and my soul) better than ever, and find what feels good. I really can't thank you enough, and I will definitely continue practicing with you!

    Approaching the end of the my first 30 days, I had some time to reflect this morning.
    I have really enjoyed this practice so much more than I expected. I usually prefer group fitness activities, but I realized that it's because I am so competitive. I use other to motivate me to work harder, go longer, etc. I've had some health issues and right now I can't do the kinds of workouts and activities that I typically enjoy.
    So, I came to this practice hoping to begin to heal my body outside of western medicine. It's really been healing my mind. And I found that doing this alone, at home, has really freed me and given me permission to both embrace the challenges and celebrate my own progress without comparing myself to others.

    Today was just beautiful, I smiled through the whole practice! And I even managed to get a hold of the crow pose for 1 or 2 seconds, which never happend before! I'm so happy and thankful. Stay strong everyone, namaste. xo

    Well, it took me a few weeks (and travelling in between) but I made it to day 29! I’ve loved this journey, even if it’s been longer than I hoped, I’ve stuck with it!! I really enjoyed today. My headache’s gone after this practice… maybe it’s my change of energy or shifting my focus, but whatever it is I feel better for coming to the mat today.     Day 29 of this but a bit more doing other yoga videos when I needed something gentler. I've tried many times to get into this and this is the first time I've consistently stuck to it for over a month! I'm happy and proud of myself ❤️ Adrienne, yours are the only yoga videos I follow and today I felt much stronger in my downward dog! It didn't feel as much of a challenge as it used to so I must be doing something right ☺️😁 thank you for your time and love 🥰

    It took me around 35 days to reach day 29. You are the best Adriene!! I couldn't believe I'm about to complete 30 days of Yoga tomorrow. It's the first time that I'm practicing Yoga and so glad that I started with You. Can you please suggest me which if of your series should I pick up next to enhance my practice? This journey has been incredible. Looking forward to many more❣️

    I've done every single day! I just finished day 29 on day 29 at 11:53 pm. My goal has been to complete all the days consecutively and within the day and I have. My body looks amazing! My planks are excellent (and I can do push ups now), my back and neck feel amazing, my flexibility has improved! Wow. I wonder if I can do another 30 days after this 🤔 I think I'll try her other 30 day challenges

    Day 29! Adrienne, I have to tell you this free 30 Day Challenge is an awesome thing! I haven't done it every day, but I kept up with it not bc I felt pressured into it, but bc I actually truly enjoyed it. I've always wanted to do yoga but bc of college, no time, and many other excuses, I never did. Until it hit me one day to check for online videos and I came across your challenge. My mom, who's a massage therapist, has noticed a difference in my posture and my chiropractor has noticed differences in my elasticity and says my back and shoulders feel more toned. I've been telling everybody who's interested about your videos! Not to be dramatic, but I feel like this has changed my life. Now, I can't leave my bedroom w/o doing one of your morning sequences to warm up and I enjoy exploring your other longer workouts! I love your sense of humor, your dog is adorable -and, yes, my pup likes to help me too- and thank you SO MUCH for posting these wonderful videos! Even though I'm almost done with the 30 days, I know I'll keep up with your other sequences and continue on with yoga in my life. Thanks again!!

    Oh man I went from happy baby into reclined cobbler and thought I was gonna fall asleep except my gluteus would loosen a lil more and remind me I was in a hip opener. 😂 felt so good I don’t wanna do cardio now. I just want to lay out. What a way to start the day. Calm peaceful happy and feeling fit. Thank you for being a part of my daily success protocol. I appreciate you, this practice and Benji. OOOHHHH and I discovered yesterday that one of my basketball playing sons “knows (you) and the dog that walks through the videos every time” MY HEART IS FULL! My teen son discovered YWA on his own AND practices!! Yayyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyy! 🙏🏽🤙🏽🧘🏽‍♀️🥳

    Such a great start to my morning. Loved my cactus arms today.
    What felt good today was pigeon pose (with maybe some sneaky push-ups) and more headstand practise which saw a certain young lady move from table top legs to sending the sit bones up! Both used strong breath awareness which was awesome.
    Really looking forward to tomorrow. (And at the same time not. It's not really over).

    I’m a new yogi... and even though I took my precious time through this I’m so glad I did... someone I follow on instagram recommended it to me... I really am excited about continuing this journey... I feel stronger and more in tune with my body... present... my back is so in love with yoga and I can’t wait to continue learning from you Adriene. I could say a lot but my life needed this at this moment... These days helped me through a major transition... Eternally Grateful!!!
