did you realize your design is under defined. Lot of missing dimension. If this is a tutorial please do update the housing dimensions.

1) At 39:44 If anyone is facing problem,
1rst - Apply Offset Surface , Value - 0.20 , click on the outtermost circle
2nd - than apply Thicken
