    this one is a go to, always a good practice. today I was especially engaged. I connected with the humble releasing or being a caregiver, architect, husband & father. thank you for the queuing. just saying, I never really gave much thought or interest to anjaneyasana. your power and grace in this pose, made me sink deeper and breathe into the stretch. with so much gratitude to you and your channel. thank you for your dedication and giving so much, so freely.

    Loved this class! I’m finding that slower flows are helping me to connect to my breath more which sometimes gets lost in faster paced practices. I also really love when you cue us in and out of shavasana. Thank you for this class 💕

    I'm a new subscriber Teacher, and my first three impressions are:
    1.- Your English is very fluent because I'm not a native speaker and I can understand you 🙂
    2.- You look confident that means you are a good Teacher with experience.
    3.- I can follow your class skipping some poses because I'm a beginner - low intermediate.

      Javier - Thank you so much for your helpful list. I'm so glad you're here and that I'm not speaking too quickly! (I do that sometimes because I get excited!). I love that you skip postures - the truest form of yoga is listening and being kind to oneself (and sometimes that means skipping postures!).

      @@KateAmberYoga Yes, Teacher Kate .... I'll do my best. I'm not ready for some postures yet but I'm watching all the video first, then I'll take note about your class. I began practicing yoga before the pandemic (Hatha Yoga) in my city, here in Venezuela, but after the vaccination I couldn't retake my yoga classes because my new job online in the mornings with a team around the world.     I circle back to this class, every couple of weeks. For me, it's a perfect balance between power and slow movement. Just wondering if you might consider 75-90 minute classes. Often, I create my own longer practice by just integrating a home practice or stacking one or two of your other offerings. I appreciate you, your RUclips channel and am grateful.

    Kate thank you for this wonderful slow flow - it was the perfect way to start my day. I never miss an opportunity for wheel pose - that’s the one pose that I’m most proud of my body for as it took me so long to get there.
    I’ll try toes pose every time your practice calls for it, but I can never hold it for more than 5 seconds as it’s too much on my toes. Any tips on how to build strength? (besides keeping at it).

      Go you on wheel pose, Tim! That's an intense pose for me. As for toes pose, honestly keeping at it is what I have. I wonder if you might benefit from toe gems (Amazon it!). I have slight hammer toes so I have to stretch them out a lot and toe gems really helped me before. I think they could be a subtle stretch for you. :)
