Thanks for asking...the material is PVC Rigid, a quick google will give you some good insight to that material, which is a good one for outdoor. Most of the time, due to being under your soffit, the tracks will never be in direct sunlight for extended periods of time. If you are paint matching...then you vastly increase the potential life of the track. My product use case is so new, I do not currently offer a warranty as I have no control over how installers and home owners "handle" the product. However, I do offer at least a 3 year warranty on personal installs at this time. As "time tested" passes and I gain more insight with my manufacturer....I suspect I will land on a solid warranty offer.
Little more prep involved as I would recommend pilot holes for stucco in any application. However, you can likely get away with a small thinner concrete screw. As far as the tracks… concrete screws, or nails aren’t a problem. You can also use an adhesive tape. However, I wouldn’t expect it to last.
The connectors do fit in the track nicely without you having to cut/ or splice un-necessarily. However, you do have to clip off the loose thumbscrew piece, just like you would an end cap on a govee strand being connected. The Govee connectors fit together tightly and are protected by the track as well. If you feel you need the added protection at the connectors...you can use a heat-shrink sleeve, or for a quick addition...electrical tape and both will fit inside. However, it is not necessary in my opinion and I have never hand an issue.
I noticed that the Pro version is out, and the length distances are different. Do you have channels for the new Pro Version? By the way, your video is awesome. Thank you
Hi, I just purchased this, how do I track my order? It said 1-3 Bussiness days for Canada but it has been over a week now. Can’t wait to install these bad boys!
1-3 days is the cost level of shipping you selected. Please shoot a request from the contact form on the website with your order number to check status, if you haven’t already done so. Thanks!
Couple ways. Mount them as normal with the slant as you still get a great lighting effect. You can also use wedges, or an entire wood trim piece base that can be ran and affixed with wedges for the standard look with lights pointing down.
If you like the design. They force you to somehow get a perfect puck placement mount screwed in first and then the tracks are really thin and still look like wires. My guess is the material is very flimsy as well...haven't seen in person yet.
Expansion efforts in the works. Shoot us an email contact@jroweinc.com (give me some time to take care of the current initial holiday season rush) and lets start the convo and see what I can do.
Understandable…the price is necessity for the material used and mfg… not at all because I want it that way. I’m working to source a better price point in the coming years. However, lights, tracks and all included… is typically more affordable….and you could argue better looking than the top distributor brands like trimlight and jellyfish 🤷🏼♂️. Certainly an opinion though.
Awesome product but do you have a mount the will affix a light at the center of a peak?
Hello, how does the PVC hold up to weather/sun? What is the warranty?

can this be used for new govee permanent outdoor light 2 or govee permanent outdoor light 1?
Absolutely. We have kits for original, elite, outdoor 2 and of course PRO
Are these tracks easy to screw into a stucco soffit with a concrete screw? What would be your best suggestion for this?

Do you sell the light pucks separately or where can I get them?
Yes I’ll be adding them soon.
The connectors used to connect two 16.4' light strings together fit inside the track correct?

How do you install these on an older house with eves that are slanted?
Couple ways. Mount them as normal with the slant as you still get a great lighting effect. You can also use wedges, or an entire wood trim piece base that can be ran and affixed with wedges for the standard look with lights pointing down.
New nanoleaf comes with the hardware now

is it possible to just get the puck covers??
At this time only as replacements, or a shipping error....however, it is in the works.
Do you make one for Eufy E22?
I would subscribe to my channel and be patient if I were in your shoes. 🤷🏼♂️
Does it come in other colors?
Not at this time. However, you can paint to match any soffit color.
can i get this in the UK?
