For example; When I go in the food market I go to the seafood section and I’ll ask for assistance and when the clerk gets there I will ask her, want does the numbers mean on the package? She’ll say that means how many shrimps are in the bag, and then I will ask her is there anything else about the number that I should know?? And she’ll say that’s about it, what about the larger the number the smaller the shrimp? Oh yes, you are absolutely correct. You can call me chef Jeffery!
We getting fancy, oh yeah! I grew up in Ocean City Maryland and love crabs. Your crab cake recipe is similar to mine, I toss in a teaspoon of Old Bay seasoning which makes it Maryland style.
