Happy to hear you are also 65 purchased (lol). Me too. Getting closer to that magical number so I started saying it out loud so that don't go into shock when it gets here.
Good morning Lida, I'm sitting here enjoying my morning coffee in my beautiful pheasant tankard that I purchased from your online shop. I also love to thrift and you find the most beautiful items in your area. I find some beauties near me also. Lovely video as always. Thank you! Patti
I love your videos Linda! My husband and I are from Canada and spent our summer vacation in north Conway NH. We brought our motorcycles and drove all over New Hampshire. I just love the beautiful homes! Wish I could live there!
I think the sleeves of the sweater would make good draft dodgers. Fill with rice or fiberfill etc. Tie off ends with ribbon. Put under drafty doors or windows. Of course sweaters make great stocking or sewn into mittens. Can't wait to see what it is!
Keep watching the store and I will make a mention in a video. Unfortunately I know I won't have enough, but I hope to get more items in to make some more. This will help me figure out future box ideas.
Girl, I never see anything that I wouldn't want on your channel. Not kidding. That being said, that jacket really deserves a casual hair up do! I'm retiring in 5 weeks, so I'll have to continue living vicariously through you. I do love your finds. I like those lamps ALOT. Your boxes sound amazing and a little mysterious. I'm going to be check them out.
WOW! Great bargains, Linda. It is always exciting to find just what you are looking for at a great price. Thanks so much, Linda, for sharing your finds. I love shopping with you, so to speak.
I appreciate the time you took in recording close up of smaller items you shared because I couldn't see them from the wide range. Thank you for your thoughtfulness🙏
Best purchase for sure are the two onion lights. They are amazing. We purchased one twenty some years ago in Maine- new. We have it on our back porch and I love it. I can say though, 10 times the cost…definitely the epitome of New England style.
Everything is fabulous, as always, Linda! Love it all, and your looking gorgeous too! I especially loved the tablecloth for $3.99! That's not even a cup of coffee! Brilliant finds, buys and your special style! Lots of love, Sarah xo
What a great idea with the swap shop. Wish I had something like that in my area. This video was so enjoyable. Can’t wait to see what what you do with that sweater. 😊
What a fun video. I enjoy that you “jump around,” as you put it - which A) demonstrates your excitement about what you are sharing B) is a sign of your creativity, and C) is absolutely AUTHENTIC to how my close friends and I converse, because we (joyfully) INSPIRE each other in a supportive space. 😉 Thank you!
I always love your thrifting videos, Linda! I am jealous because if we have consignment shops they are hiding from me! Thanks and best wishes to everyone at your house!
The pheasants are my favorite find, plus I couldn't help from staring at that beautiful green low large pot with a twisted rope trim holding the plant on your table.
After a long cold winter I longed for Summer to get here in Oklahoma. We had a hot hot Summer here with temps in triple digits as usual. I'm not sure I'm ready for Fall just yet but I know I will be happy when it gets here. Spring and Fall are the only seasons I can burn candles while keeping the windows open as I have very sensitive sinuses and strong scents can cause migraines for me. Fall is my favorite season here as I can open the windows and use our outdoor wood burning fireplace and be able to enjoy being outside again. Every season is a renewal for me.
I totally understand the scented candle and migraine issue! The candles I carry were selected due to them NOT giving me headaches. I can't do florals or sweet smells.
Hi linda a big hello from across the pond ive fallen in love with your wonderful house and all your idears are fab where did you get your lovely hanging light over your dining room table your home is so stunning my father was a french polisher and could make anything wood look wonderfull im so glad to have found your chanel what alovely video linder loved every thing❤😊😅😂😂
Linda, I try to catch each and everyone of your videos. I have become obsessed with New England. So different from my home in Ohio. I cannot wait to see your holiday decorations. Love your presentation of everything you do, i.e. the parchment paper "doily" under your blueberry cake, etc. Videos are such an inspiration. Thank you.
This makes me want to go thrifting.! Love your finds, especially the onion lamps, the brown deer plate, and the blue ruffle blouse. Look forward to your videos, always.
When we lived in Henniker the highlight of my week was trash day so I could visit out swap shop…..I LOVED the swap shop and found MANY treasures. Now that we live in Colorado we no longer have access to a swap shop and I miss it dearly. I will definitely be shopping your New England package the first of September. Our boys will definitely enjoy the goodies of that box, so I pretty get my act together and make sure I sign up quickly for it. Great finds and lovely home.
You always inspire me, Linda! You are so creative. I love the idea of New England in a box and Christmas in a box! Can't wait for this and your sweater video.💝💝💝
Thank you! I hope you get one of the boxes! I am realizing I underestimated the number of boxes I should put together. I hope to create a second batch of them to help that situation.
I love your watercolor of the wild turkeys! I don't know how you came up on my feed, but I love your video! It was informative and fun and relaxing as well.
I have seen sweater sleeves used as flower pot cozies for fall. You can embellish with a fall leaf and twine, or a few tiny pine cones or acorns. I love the two gold framed neutral botanical prints. Such under-stated elegance. Your fall box sounds wonderful. I hope I get one before they sell out. I'll keep watching!
Another great video! My Sunday morning treat! Your onion lamps were a steal! I love them! I put them on my house in the Pacific NW! My nod to New England where I would love to live! I also have an antique one with a whale oil burner. That is one of my most treasured antiques! Have a great week!
I put my single antique plates (usually thrifted, of course!) in the glass fronted hutch behind other glassware. It gives the cabinet space more dimension and you can still pull it out to use it whenever you want.
Hi Linda - I was scrolling around RUclips and your page caught my eye. A friend of mine and I are going on a road trip this fall to NewEngland, I'm so excited. I loved watching your video and your style of decorating.
Hi Linda! First of all, you look beautiful in this video! Loving the haul , you find the best things! I can’t wait to order the “Fall in a box “ also the Christmas one as well! Already looking forward to tour next video! ❤️
Thank you Debbie! I don't know when I will be posting the box, but I hope to have it available by the next video. I don't have nearly enough boxes, from what I'm hearing, so I hope to create a second wave of them.
Busy, busy lady you are Linda! Thank you for sharing you great finds too. I love how you can have your windows open and with no screens! I can’t wait to see how the craft project you will be showing later too! 😀
As always, I really like your videos, your thrifting finds and decor ideas. Your home looks very cozy which is always my goal, too! Looking forward to what your idea is for the sweater sleeve.
I’m so glad you took a little time for yourself AND I am so happy to see you today with your finds and your excitement for fall. It is still hot in West Alabama (oh how I long for 50 degree mornings) but I am ready to Oakes inventory of my fall decor and plan for Halloween. Thank you for your inspiration and I am looking forward to your next video.
Just a few wild guesses: the sleeve is stuffed with pillow batting & sewn up at the ends or tied off with lovely cotton ribbons: use as a lumbar pillow on a chair or at the base of doors to stop cold drafts.
Linda: You are a great shopper and I love all your new home items and the price you paid for them is even more special. You have so many great ideas. That blue jacket is adorable with the ruffles and I am going to start calling you....Good Queen Linda. I still am trying to find a painting of Good Queen Bess, but the one you have is so special! xoxo. Cathy. PS. Have a wonderful week!
You've got great taste! Loved the video. We have a very weathered, outdoor onion lamp, if you would like it. We had to switch it out for another fixture bc it did not fit the space. I think your NE boxes will be a big hit!
What amazing finds! I just found your account & enjoyed your video so much that I am now subscribed. I plan to purchase some of your potpourri when it becomes available. Looking forward to exploring your channel and enjoying many more of your videos. Hope you have a lovely day, Pam.
i want to thank you for sharing your videos with us .... i just remodeled our enclosed back porch... and we painted it "white river" and we just love that paint... i cant stop staring at it
I enjoy ALL of your videos. My maternal ancestors were New Englanders (Massachusetts Bay Colony) and my paternal ancestors settled around Annapolis, MD ( Chesapeake Colony). Growing up in MD, I know a lot about them. I am learning about my New England ancestry and the New England area from YOU ❤️.
Loved your thrift finds! The pheasant watercolor is beautiful! I’ve seen where they’ve made pumpkins from sweaters ❤ Glad you’re taking time for yourself! My goodness you’ve went from one house to the next putting your energy and talent to work which is amazing and I’m sure gratifying, but you need to rest even if it means moving decor around … exciting to watch your videos throughout the Seasons, especially Fall! 🎃 🍁 🍂
I’ve got a blue and white check cloth garland that I wrapped small clear Christmas lights around it and put on my mantle that looks so pretty when lit year round.
Love your thrifting finds, Linda. The prints would look perfect in your bedroom. I enjoy going thrifting, never know what you will find. I never seem to have as much luck as you do. It is probably our location. Really love the orange scented potpourri.I can almost smell it. Thanks for sharing all your wonderful finds. Reall enjoyed them.
I enjoy seeing all your wonderful finds! You always find great things at the Thrift Shop. Just a little suggestion at what I do when I need some cookies to be baked for company that might be coming over. I always make extra homemade cookie dough and keep the other half in my freezer. This way, if I need my homemade cookies for company or as a birthday gift. I just take it out of the freezer, let it warm up a bit at room temperature. And bake them just like you would if you bought frozen cookie dough from the Supermarket. But so much better, and they are still as fresh as when you first made your cookie dough before baking them. Also sometimes the cookie recipes can make a lot of cookies. Which is too much for only two people, like me and my husband. Putting the rest of the cookie dough in the freezer for another time works well for me.
As you speak , I have ordered the potpourri. I have moved to California and so miss New England. I just needed that potpourri, and I get so excited wheen I see a new video up.
Love all your goodies! My favorite is the watercolor. I'm cracking up because I also have one of those branches with the pinecones still attached used as decor in my home. LOL
I walked by the branch while walking in Maine and knew I had to have it due to the colors. It was in the Groton house first and made it into a moving box LOL
I ordered the bulbs and they do all kids of colors. I am going to be sharing a photo soon on Instagram, on our community page here and most likely in the next video. I did link them under the video of interested.
I love the beautiful prints you got for your bedroom and the quail prints which are just lovely. I have to say I can't wait for fall Linda (and for your decorating videos for sure). I will be keeping my eye open for your fall box! Thank you and have a great week.
You sure got some great fines. Love those lanterns. Lowe’s use to sell ones just like that years ago. Always like them could vision them over a fire place. Looking forward to see what you will do with the sweater. Have fun tonight hugs
Happy to hear you are also 65 purchased (lol). Me too. Getting closer to that magical number so I started saying it out loud so that don't go into shock when it gets here.
Leg warmers out of sweater sleeves and pumpkins 🎃🎃🐈⬛

Sweater sleeves: coffee mug cozie? Love the pair of large framed prints you are thinking for over your bed. Love your free items. Free is for me!
Thank you from Vermont
I love, love, love the onion lanterns.
Linda, your finds are wonderful, and it is so much fun to see your treasures. Thank you for sharing your finds with us!
I love your videos Linda! My husband and I are from Canada and spent our summer vacation in north Conway NH. We brought our motorcycles and drove all over New Hampshire. I just love the beautiful homes! Wish I could live there!
The botanical prints are so great they can go anywhere even in a bathroom.
I think the sleeves of the sweater would make good draft dodgers. Fill with rice or fiberfill etc. Tie off ends with ribbon. Put under drafty doors or windows. Of course sweaters make great stocking or sewn into mittens. Can't wait to see what it is!
This is my first time hearing about the fall box. OMG I can’t wait!
Keep watching the store and I will make a mention in a video. Unfortunately I know I won't have enough, but I hope to get more items in to make some more. This will help me figure out future box ideas.
Love the onion lamps!! You really found some beautiful things and it was fun seeing all of them. tfs

What a fun video. I enjoy that you “jump around,” as you put it - which
A) demonstrates your excitement about what you are sharing
B) is a sign of your creativity,

Wow I love all your finds. I wish we have thrift stores here as great as yours.

About baking slice and bake cookies: "No shame; because I was doing other things." I like your attitude!
Thank you.
The seeded glass bowl looks like the One that was in the Southern Living Catalog. I have one that looks very similar to yours
Love all the things that you got thrifting and how you are decorating your home, so very nice.

We do have screens, they roll up and down with the window (a new concept for me). The mosquitos and many other flying bugs make it necessary for sure!

HI Linda 🙋♀️ Great haul 👍❤️ Love the blouse, really cute 😊❤
Just a few wild guesses: the sleeve is stuffed with pillow batting & sewn up at the ends or tied off with lovely cotton ribbons: use as a lumbar pillow on a chair or at the base of doors to stop cold drafts.
Good guesses, but I’ll be doing something else 😎
First time I’ve heard of the box ❤️❤️❤️
