Thank You so much for sharing! I will be watching this over and over, it is beautiful! I am sitting in our family room looking out at the snow falling so gently here in Michigan.A little tired after cleaning and a little decorating. My husband brought me a cup of hot coffee. We will be celebrating our 63rd Wedding Anniversary (December). You bring so much Joy in your Videos. Love your New Home and Willow.
I love French Country Home magazine. I have followed Sharon Santoni's blog for years. I as always enjoy your video's and thank you for sharing how you make different foods and other crafts and decorating ideas.
I love learning new things and I feel like your channel is not only fun but so informative. Also, every time your video ends, it leaves me wishing there was more! TFS! Until your next video ~ 🤗
Hi Linda! Love watching your videos. Very calming and always in the moment. No rushing thru the seasons like everybody on “You Tube”. We bought our Colonial home 4 years ago and I have learned so much from you and how to honor a home history with their true decor. Blessings❤️. Lisa Sagardia
Your videos sing to my old soul 🥰 I find it so refreshing that you don’t do “shopping hauls” like many RUclipsrs. Antique hauls for Linda! ❤️ I love how you incorporate nature and your finds in your decor instead of running off to target, home goods and hobby lobby lol not that we don’t love them but I don’t appreciate these people who share videos of their hauls spending hundreds of dollars on holiday decor which many of us can’t afford, it’s unrealistic and mainstream. I guess I’m just a kindred spirit!! Happy holidays Linda!
Loved this video, love seeing the beautiful landscape of New England, thanks for all the outdoor scenes. Your back entrance looked so beautiful with the snow falling.
I love the pace of the video. Your voice is so relaxing. I love how you are slowly showing what you are and have been doing. So many vlogs are of fully-decorated Christmas homes and yards. Everything is too rushed. I want to enjoy Thanksgiving without garland and ornaments and blow up items on the lawn (hate). I want to enjoy each season and give it its time to shine and be appreciated. We start this weekend and leave up into January. After all the bright lights of December, it is nice to still see twinkle light in the dark of January and we still see people who we could not in December. You take long enough to decorate that you want to enjoy. Your lunch area looked so lovely and inviting and hope to visit some of the stores you shared. Looking forward to your next gathering. I apologize I rambled on but, as you say, you speak to me! 🙂🪶
I enjoyed this very much!! Gathering with like minded women, something I have never had the opportunity to experience so I appreciate how you value that. Thank you for sharing the process for the candied fruit which I intend to try during this holiday season. The walk in the woods brought me internally to a place of peace. Because my son-in-law is an airman my daughter and family couldn’t be with me over Thanksgiving. We are all very proud of his role in the Air Force. Though I was alone, I made a beautiful meal after showering, dressing, applying makeup and perfume 😊. I would have also loved a walk but I was rather tired at the end of the day. I do enjoy my own company too, that sometimes becomes the case when one is almost 70 years young (December). Christmas will be a different story. Don’t you LOVE the preparation as much as the day itself? I do! Thanks again Linda for yet another WONDERFUL video! I can’t wait to go to local antique shops in the spring!
Thank you for the beautiful and very interesting video. . And taking the time to show us how to candy the orange peels and cranberries and the simple syrup was so pretty in the jar. I am falling in love with your new home and the grounds too. 💖
Your passion shines through when you talk about your new home and all the things you want to do to make it your style. The candied cranberries looked so festive. I enjoyed following you through the woods to pick fresh greens and to shop in the stores. Your outside garland with faux and live looked so pretty and homey with the twinkle lights on and the snow falling down. Thank you.
“Remember your home is where you make it” , I loved that with the little opening in the siding. How wonderful that you met Sharon Santoni. I am an admirer of hers as well. The poems for the woodland walk is such a lovely thought. Thank you for sharing , this really put me in the Christmas spirit.
How lucky are you to meet Sharon S. I have followed her for years and she introduced me to my favorite shop in Paris in one of her Instagram videos, La Maison Du Bac. We make candied grapefruit peels.
I SO enjoy your videos! They truly transport me - perfect way to start my day! Thanks for taking us on your journey and for your slow pace. It makes watching so delightful! Looking forward to seeing what you have in store for Christmas! 😊
Linda, I just loved this video. I always love to see your outdoors and shops that you visit, the snow falling in front of your windows and on the street. The orange peels, the candied cranberries and the syrup. Everything looks just delicous. Thank you so much for sharing ❤️❤️
Looks so beautiful - I enjoy your outings and your views from your camera lens. The babling stream, fire pit & crisp Fall scenes evoke so many memories. Simple elegance is always timeless & beautiful. Thank you for sharing your journey. Have a great weekend. 😊🍁
I have been using the faux garland and wreaths for the past couple of years as frames for fresh greens. So much easier than wiring individual greens. I learned this trick from P. Allen Smith. I find his garden and decorating style very inspirational.
Linda, I can’t even explain how much joy your RUclips channel gives me. For six years my husband and I live in Maine, up in Caribou on what was Loring AFB. Your Traditional decorating style, the how-tos, cinematography are encouraging and bring back wonderful New England memories. Blessings on you holidays. Thank you!
Thank you for bringing a piece of New England fall to our lives. I miss New England especially at this time of year and love to visit through your videos.
During one of my trips to NH me and my NE bestie Marie travelled from Wolfeboro to Vermont during leaf changing season! We stopped at all the "consignment" Thrift stores along the way. It was my best trip I had ever been on....she passed 2 almost 3 years ago and I miss her so much and also miss NE! I plan on a trip in late spring next year when I get vacation time. Love your place and all your videos make me feel like I am there! MERRY CHRISTMAS!
I love your videos so much and always look forward to your next release. The evergreens around your property are gorgeous and add so much to Christmas decorating. New Hampshire is a beautiful state and the snowfall amounts are wonderful. I have been viewing information pertaining to Manchester, New Hampshire for more than a year. I love the larger cities since they offer so much for me on a personal level. Thank you for sharing.
I enjoyed seeing everything in your video! The home of Sharon and walk in the woods --what a fun experience! Oh the places you have to shop in your area of the country are wonderful!!
This was so special Linda. Thank you for the recipes and letting us see that beautiful luncheon you went to. I really enjoyed seeing all the nice antique shops you have around you. You continue to be an inspiration to me. ♥️
This was a lovely video. I enjoyed all of it. I hope to one day figure out how to get my videos more like yours's, you were the inspiration for me starting my channel. I will keep watching and learning from you. Thank you for such great content.
Hi! I try to create what I would like to watch myself and I just film during my day, then do a voiceover when I’m watching it without much plan a thought. Just speaking from my heart. . Be yourself and I’m sure your channel will turn into what you envision for sure!
Wonderful video, Linda. A little window into so many things that appeal to my aesthetics. Thank you and enjoy this wonderful time of the year, snow included 🌲
Wow! That was some festive lunch and the woods were my favorite! I could feel the freshness. Loved seeing the snowy road in the beginning too! All of this was so inspiring. You are amazing!
I have never candied a whole orange before (wow!), but have done many peels. I use a peeler I got at Williams Sonoma years ago….not certain of brand because it’s so worn….it shaves the peel off in a pronounced square shape. I think it’s intended for a meet matchstick carrot but I’ve used it only for large zest and the peel. It takes practice, but you can peel the circumference of an orange or grapefruit and once candied, the result is almost a party package ribbon. It might be dwarfed by a whole orange…but it could be pretty too.
I'd definitely grab that black painted cabinet, decide where to put it later. Been following Sharon Santoni for years, especially love her dogs Gibson & Ghetto. Her floral arrangements are always beautiful ♥️
Thank you for making such lovely and serene videos. I will be trying the cranberry pops and the sugar poached oranges. I love orange and chocolate, well orange and anything. I serve cranberry sauce in hollowed oranges for Thanksgiving and Christmas. 🎄
Christmas here was so quiet because no one here was allowed to do anything and shops were closed. I think there was something very enjoyableabout nou buying anything.
I always feel comfort when I watch your videos; they feel like a big hug. I appreciate you sharing with all of us! I’m so excited for the Christmas content.❤️💕
I live in the midwest and do man of the things you do. I love living in the country and being able to collect and use my own wild greens. What a wonderful time you must have had with Shaon Santoni and the other women. We have snow here also...tomorrow our Christmas trees go up and the Christmas music begins! I love seeing the antiques shops. Thanks for sharing the recipes.
Linda, I enjoy your videos and have purchased some of the books you have shown. I envy your new home and vast property! You are truly blessed. Merry Christmas!!
Beautiful furniture at the last shop you visited. Just curious, did you get the black chest? I loved it. Really enjoyed this video. That walk through the woods and the beautiful creek and waterfalls. The dog was having so much fun! We used to have a dog like that. Thanks for taking us along!
What a lovely day ! Thanks you so much for taking us along shopping and walking through the woods ! I do enjoy that so much ! Plus a bonus teaching us how to candy fruit ! I absolutely fell in love 😍 with that black chest -a-drawers ! It’s exactly what I’ve been looking for but its to far for me to come get it so I took a picture and hopefully I might be able to recreate it with a piece that’s similar so I’ll be looking for one soon !
Lovely!! Really enjoy your videos. I live in the Midwest but there is some New England pull to my heart. Never lived there but love the architecture, history and antiques. Quick question...what stainless steel cookware do you use? We are downsizing and building a small home and I want to replace my cookware when I move in. All the best to you this Christmas season. Can't wait to see your decorations!
Wonderful! I felt like I was shopping, walking and enjoying those beautiful places where you were. I love the arched doorway. It's so beautiful. Matching, balanced lanterns will be perfect. Love mixing the live greens in with the faux. Where did you get the outdoor dog topiary?
Love this video! Great tip for the garland. I have lots of the same garland that I havent used in a couple of years. I'll just add some fresh pine to it. The farm you visited was beautiful, thanks for taking us along.
Thank you for the recipe for candied fruit it will be on my table Christmas day much appreciated .....Love the shops I could walk around inside them the entire day . I am going to use the garland with real garland on my front porch , that's a great way thank you ...Love your channel Linda , Thank You kindly .

Weaving in live greens using the faux garland as a base is GENIUS
I love that you also learn as you go. We learn from failures too. 🌺❤🌺
I love learning new things and I feel like your channel is not only fun but so informative. Also, every time your video ends, it leaves me wishing there was more! TFS! Until your next video ~ 🤗
I always love the first few snowfalls … by Easter it gets old 😂 Thank you for posting such a lovely video .
You’re welcome 😊

Born and raised in CT. It's amazing how these traditions are just natural to us New Englanders. Love this time of year. Beautiful Linda.

Linda, you have such a delightful way of making everything so magical. Thank you for sharing your adventures.
I really love the shot at the end when you say, “your home is wherever you make it” and then pan to the mouse hole at the bottom of the barn!
I completely forgot about that! The hole is still there lol
I love your take on combining natural with faux items. Great video. Thanks
Thanks so much!
Thank you for the beautiful and very interesting video. . And taking the time to show us how to candy the orange peels and cranberries and the simple syrup was so pretty in the jar. I am falling in love with your new home and the grounds too. 💖

It was so nice to see a new video from you when turned on my computer this morning. Loved every minute of it.
I have been using the faux garland and wreaths for the past couple of years as frames for fresh greens. So much easier than wiring individual greens. I learned this trick from P. Allen Smith. I find his garden and decorating style very inspirational.
Love using my faux wreaths too! It makes the job so much easier and much thicker.

That store had some lovely furniture in there. Xx
I think so too!

You are an inspiration to me. Time to get going!

Enjoyed your video very much, the shopping reminded me of Maine, lived there for 18 years, miss it more than I can say. Thank You!
Everything is so lovely. I really enjoy your videos they're so inspiring.
Thank you so much!
Oh nice-excited to learn how to do those orange slices. 👏👏
Just wonderful! What is the music playing at the beginning of the video ( about 1.18 minutes into the video) ?
Love it🥰🙏❣
Beautiful furniture at the last shop you visited. Just curious, did you get the black chest? I loved it. Really enjoyed this video. That walk through the woods and the beautiful creek and waterfalls. The dog was having so much fun! We used to have a dog like that. Thanks for taking us along!
The dog I believe is a Spaniel which are naturally water loving dogs, unlike French poodles who would be appalled at such wild abandoned goings on
Excellent episode!
I “LOVE” your videos 🌲❤️
What a lovely day ! Thanks you so much for taking us along shopping and walking through the woods ! I do enjoy that so much ! Plus a bonus teaching us how to candy fruit !

One of my relatives use to make a soft custard pudding with oranges when we were sick--meringue on top!
Thank you Linda, another informative video….
