Brother buy one of these pull up bars you hang on your door. They are really cheap so now you can do pull ups and strech. Also stretch with your Body its still good to do.

Masaai jump made my calves sore despite me training them so often no amount of weight and calf raises could do it
Jumping is hight -intense plyometric,reducing reps and have more rest between each set would alleviate the pain
