So glad u made a headboard. I know a lot of people don't have one but it always throws me off when I see pillows right next to a wall.
It almost seemed like drinking water is not your favorite thing. Lol. But it's so good for your body and health.
Would be perfect if you raised the headboard about 5-6". Play with the pics above it, i.e. maybe raise the one in the center.

The headboard does give the room a more finished look and I like that it mimics the mirror over the dresser.

I only have one small suggestion, if possible, I think your headboard would look even better (already looks fab) if it were raised up a bit. I know it's right on the floor now, you could raise it up by just putting something as simple as some bricks ( put some cardboard under the bricks to protect your floor), and then put the headboard on the bricks. Just a suggestion. An easy way to test this to see if you like the look...use a few big tinned cans, or a stack of books on each side to temporarily hold it up, so you get a feel for what it looks like ? :)

I defiantly can try it! I feel like on video and in photos it looks a little shorter than it does in person but for sure worth a try :)
I love Brooklinen! I think a macrame plant hanger on that wall would bring that linen/cream balance around the room, and a plant is great decor. A pothos that will spread out and fill the space--use command hooks to help hold up the limbs as they grow out.
yes!! I would love to add another real plant in there! The room doesn't get much light during the day so that is always a challenge
@@sumgoodstuff9995 Pothos get along with quite a bit of neglect, but you could use a fake plant, or just a macrame art piece.
Love the headboard! Hang on to the blue curtains. For a change up, hang them right with the beige!

You could add 2 wooden legs to your beautiful headboard, it would make it a little higher and would be more noticeable. Just a teeny suggestion. 😊❤ Love your videos!

Iced water can be difficult to drink. Try cool or tepid water. That might be easier. 🌺

I like the headboard, we are doing one and using tufted buttons for accent. It always helps if you can do it yourself and have a creative mind. Looks nice.

Tip on drinking water, close yours eyes as you drink it and think something else like mountain dew or soda. It goes down easier when it's not cold room temp is better for your digestive system. Just my opinion.

Brooklinen is good, but Red Land Cotton is even better, everything is done here in the USA, the cotton is grown here-fabric is created here, and the sheets made here. It’s something that is important to me. We love our Red Land Cotton sheets.
I hate bed linens made of polyester because of the static. Once, I was at a hotel, many years ago, and the linens were polyester. I could literally see the static "lightning" during the night.
I live in Alaska, and in the winter time it's so dry this is normal doesn't matter the material😄

iPhones have a fantastic notepad 📝. You can make folders for diff ent things then it’s with you all the time & you can delete them as you go along. Hope this helps.

I would use another form of art on the small wall, just to mix it up a little.
Last year on cole there were some kids with dark circles under their eyes . I replied asking somebody to get their drinking water source tested. Just a quick Y or N would be a great answer if you could find out.

@@sumgoodstuff9995 my cousins lived in a house backed up to a rail yard. The kids started getting sick. Ended up needing shots to keep them from bleeding to death if they got a bruise. I pointed out the strong defoliant the radil road sprays on the property right against their rear fence and gate. They moved and got better and no longer needed to have clotting shots. But you are right. Dont get involved. I guess that sums it up. I thought asking cole might be all that was needed. In 1966 my mom took my brother and sister to mayo clinic. All the way from so cal. Sis was in kidney failure. Mayo said 3 or 4 months . Mom did an elimination diet and found out the mercury in the sword fish we so enjoyed was causing it. A lady in our building had kidney failure. But she had also gotten a dozen fillings. Mom told her. She ask the dentist . Not related he said. She at age 25 left. 3 children and a husband. Horses to water. Thanks for reading the reply. That is all I could ask.
Does Iowa have Ross stores? Or TJMaxx? I usually get lampshades at Ross. Even Walmart has some good ones. Amazon's are too expensive.
They do!! but I actually don't like them haha! I have never seen lampshades at ours though :( but I will for sure check out Walmart and Amazon!

Sorry but if anyone paid 1300 for that headboard, I have a bridge to sell to them. You could put a 'french cleat' on the headboard & wall to 'hang' it in place. I made a headboard out of an old door, trimmed it out at the top with crown molding and a topper board, then painted it all one color. Hung it from a french clean on my wall (king bed). No moving the headboard when I need to move the bed. The curtains look good.
I think you need to find some new jeans..lol. How did the lamp turn out??
Well… still waiting to find a lampshade and had to buy a second can of spray paint to finish it yet :)

cold water is not good on your liver. room temp water is best for you. its easier to drink too.
