I read/ come back for the audio version once in a while now to remind me of how to maintain my alpha frame. A woman's looks attract you, her personality has to keep you. Just like it's foolish for a woman to assume she can change you, it's likewise foolish to assume you can change her. You're right. I went with looks and decent personality and after moving in together, the looks faded quickly and the bad attitude took over. It was all downhill from there. We had nothing in common. Not even attraction.

Almost all women, even very ugly ones, have at least one orientation that they look decent from -- so you just have to mostly look at them from those angles. Worst case, you can always stare at the back of their head, especially during sex. However, body type is extremely important because that is not something you can tune out. For that reason, I absolutely cannot abide fat women. It is a shame too, as many fat women have cute faces and were downright beautiful before they got fat (indeed, their beauty may help enable their fatness). To me, fatness is a turnoff from every angle. Hsve also noticed that fat women have personality issues too, often stemming from denial of reality. I can nearly always work with a thin or even medium sized woman though. Lastly, at my age, a woman that is 5 years or more older than me is also a deal-breaker.

The experience alone was worth it, so now I have like memories of how it felt as a reference. But the side effects are not worth it long term. I noticed I have similar effects (or better) from eating right, sleeping well, BOTH strength training and cardio, dressing well, grooming, meditating, hobbies, socializing, and having a good job.

You do not have to be in a relationship to be happy. You just need to be happy - however that works for you. I am a BDSM dom (amatuer) and I have two girlfriends, both fairly hot solo mothers. Co-habitating is bad for most people, but it can work... but if your in a mindset as you write above, just be cool and be happy, either alone, or when time is right create your own style of what will work for you. I have a friend that is 6'6". It's a bit depressing going out with him and seeing just how easy it all is for him. Girls approach him and any girl he makes the effort to talk to seems to be attracted to him. I don't think he has a model face or anything. It's literally just his height. I am 5'10" and while not the shortest guy, I am average height so in order for me to have success I need to have awesome game and conversation skills. There are various ways to say it but I like the concept of setting boundaries. Will Smith should have drawn the line with Jada. I failed to do this with my ex, who ran around and it caused me to go into a deep depression that cost 3 years of my life. When I finally got better and she continued to disrespect me I dumped her. The depression was panful but necessary, I did the hard inner work and now I am happoer than I have ever been.

When you are chasing excellence you don't have time for women. I'm at work 8.5 hours a day with an hour and a half drive round trip, get home eat and go to the gym for an hour and a half + the 45 minute morning work out before work. After gym it is to the computer for continued education. After that it's time for atleast an hour stretch before bed and do it all again. + I didn't mention the time it takes to prep work lunches , clean dishes and cookware from dinner, laundry , housework, yard work, etc... So yeah a true Alpha or Sigma does not have time for women.

When you are chasing excellence you don't have time for women. I'm at work 8.5 hours a day with an hour and a half drive round trip, get home eat and go to the gym for an hour and a half + the 45 minute morning work out before work. After gym it is to the computer for continued education. After that it's time for atleast an hour stretch before bed and do it all again. + I didn't mention the time it takes to prep work lunches , clean dishes and cookware from dinner, laundry , housework, yard work, etc... So yeah a true Alpha or Sigma does not have time for women.

That is why we have to train our minds and correct our emotions as is described in this video. I would add that forgiveness is essential, otherwise grievances and guilt bubble up later as anger and attack. The studies show that sex before marriage does increase divorce, but sex was not significant---meaning that it was the same for men and women having sex before marriage.
